Gamer Ingenuity is a publisher of roleplaying game products, currently producing material under the Pathfinder RPG Compatibility License. Our products are carried by most major distributors in the USA, and also internationally. We are seeking to expand our catalog.

We are looking for freelance writers with a solid grasp of the Pathfinder RPG mechanics and a flair for storytelling for a number of projects that will see publication in printed as well as electronic form. Experience is not so much a requirement as creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Gamer Ingenuity presents an as-yet untitled tome of deities, each drawn from a real-world faith, myth or legend; each quite familiar in theme, but freshly re-imagined for your Pathfinder RPG campaign.

Inspired by the gods and heroes of Anglo-Saxon and Britannic folklore (among others), and designed to integrate seamlessly into any fantasy setting based on Northern European or fairy tale tropes, this book will feature a pantheon of gods in three parts: the New, Auld, and Dark faiths - including cosmologies, supporting scripture, holy orders, temple maps, and a calendar.

Game material will feature the new Sub-Domains from the Pathfinder RPG Advanced Players Guide, plus new domains, powers, relics, and spells.

Every fantasy world has intelligent "monsters" with their own languages and cultures. Whether a small tribe or an entire kingdom, a wide range of capabilities and talent must exist within these societies. If there is a goblin king, he can probably fight competently, or has a champion who can - and they aren't CR 1/3.

Has your party risen in level to a point where archetypical monsters like orcs, hobgoblins, kobolds and many others simply aren't a threat any more? Would you, as a Game Master, like to be able to continue to use monsters like these in your campaign as your party's power grows? Would you crack a smile when your players underestimate that pack of worgs that somehow managed to sneak up on them?

The first of many Pathfinder-compatible PDF's from Gamer Ingenuity!

It's called the Melee Manager, and its meant to replace the scratch paper or combat pad margin space that every GM uses to track hit point damage to the monsters.

We went from the assumption that the GM usually operates in two modes - one when the players are attacking, and one when its the monsters' initiative.

The Melee Manager comes as two form-fillable PDF's.

The first is an attacks summary the GM can use when its the monsters' turn. You can note each monster's attacks, bonuses, damage, special abilities etc... There's note space for their feats, skills, relevant ability scores - you could even note the page number in the appropriate bestiary when you need to look for more details.

When it's the players' turn, the Damage Track lets you keep an organized record of the HP loss to each monster. There's space for defenses, saves, CMD, and at the bottom, CR, XP and treasure. When the fight is over, you have a permanent record of what was killed, what they had to loot. and what they were worth.

Print more as many as you need for each game session. Just 99 cents.

Three times per day, characters may take a Short Rest.

Characters may recover 25% of their HP and two 1st level spells after 15 minutes of uninterrupted Short Rest. Extending this rest by 15 minutes rest will restore another 25% of their HP, and two more 1st level spells, to a maximum of 50% of their normal HP total and four 1st level spells. In any case, a character may not heal to more than 50% of their normal HP total in this way. This does not prohibit other healing (spells – including spells regained through Short Rest, spell-like abilities, etc…) from raising the character’s HP total above 50%.

Prepared spells recovered in this way must be spells the character had prepared previously in the day. If a spellcaster chooses, he or she may swap their regained spell for another known spell in the same way they normally prepare their spells each day, taking the necessary time to do so.

Short Rests may not be taken consecutively. There must be least one encounter (and possibly more, at the GM’s discretion) between each Short Rest.

There's space for everything we could think of, including the new Hero Points covered in the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Advanced Players Guide.

Things we cover include all the basics - Abilities, Saves, Defenses, Attacks - plus a full page for Skills, character background, Feats, Traits and other abilities, possessions, some really neat Spellcasting pages, and mini-sheets for followers, familiars, etc...

The final page is an Advancement Sheet, for you to keep track of what your character gets as you level up, and plan for future levels.

But you'll have to see it for yourself! We expect to send it to the printers shortly.

The Complete Character Folio is intended to be a printed product. We have no plans to offer it in electronic form, as there are already great products available filling that need.

Look for it in stores where Pathfinder the Roleplaying Game is sold sometime in September.
