Just sharing the mayhem unleashed by my player group.

They launched the cart filled with flammable materials (reinforced with a fuse grenade carried by the Asmodeus cleric) upon the people following the Iomedae cleric speech. The aasimar summoner used his spell-like ability to summon a small fire-elemental which attacked the donkey and at the same time ignited the whole thing. Result, 4 dead and 6 wounded.

The worse part came later when they organized a vigil for the "victims", blaming Iomedae and their clerics and paying some money to the families of the victims...

The count for Rebellion points has not officially started and they have already accumulated 12 or so (of course Jabral and his dogs were slaughtered and quickly buried to hide the evidence...)

We're having a great time and we're just starting. These guys are unleashed and the Asmodeus cleric is already pining for the moment when he will be able to Animate Dead.

The dastardly group is made up by an aasimar summoner with a formidable Eidolon, an aasimar cleric of Asmodeus, a human anti-paladin nominally following Asmodeus, but in reality following Lamashtu and an elf wizard. The Lamashtu anti-paladin has a fling with Cimri and is already planning how to convert her to the cult...

Wish me luck because these guys are up to no good...

Mass Battle lost. Troubleshooting.

My players lost the battle at Keeper's Canyon. The Paladins Army disposed easily of the Tieflings, but the Dretches charged them on berserker mode. Some unlucky dice rolls (including a failed morale check) and the army routed. The players characters and NPCs were left facing 55 Dretches and Exorius. They are very excited about this epic showdown and in order to simplify the combat I plan to use the Troop rules from Ironfang Invasion.

My question/concern is rather how to rebuild the army: I had planned rallying the routed survivors (3 hit points out of 16, barely 18 Paladins...), also bringing back the survivors from the ford (that they had sent back to Kenabres) and putting more crusaders to be rescued at the temple ruins with the half-Nabassu and the ghoul gang. Any other suggestions about how to deal with mass battle failures? I'm concerned taking into account the upcoming battles at Drezen, against up to three armies at the same time... I would be interested in knowing how were the mass battles for your group

I'm running AoW with a new group of players. We have just started and one of them has came up with an unexpected proposal: he wants to buy the plot of land where the mine is located, reasoning that it shouldn't be very expensive as knowledge of the mine is all but forgotten. What price should I charge him? I have thought that this could be a reason for enmity with Smenk who could send Kullen's gang to act as claim jumpers... Of course when Ilthane shows up in AGoW, the new property is going to suffer some minor damage... Any suggestions (preferably evil) welcome...
