Yeah, that's why I asked for languages apart from Taldane, Elven and Dwarven in the first post.

Anyway, I think I'll go with Hallit and Sylvan for now.
Thank you, NECR0G1ANT and Valentius.

Hmm, but aren't the Menador Mountains also full of orcs?
And according to the sources I could find on Druma, they mostly speak Taldane and Dwarven.
Hallit seems like a good way to cover the realms of northeastern Golarion, though. So thanks for pointing me that way.

Apart from Taldane, Elven and Dwarven, what are the most useful languages for a long-distance trader who is based in northern Andoran and hasn't set his sights on Tian yet? That is, which are spoken by a lot of potential trading partners and/or travel hazards?
I assume Orcish falls into the latter category, but otherwise, I have no idea.

This is actually a common gag at our table.

not just at yours.^^

Ah, thank you.
I think there would be less confusion if the PRD also listed the race traits as part of the race descriptions and not just the racial traits.

sadly not PFS legal without that near extinct boon.

Would it also be illegal to take their racial trait via the Adopted trait?

How about Sunder, Stumble, Crack and Crumble?
That way it even rhymes.

I suppose the angle I'm coming from with the efreeti is that the battle is over and it's time to loot the corpse. From the efreeti's perspective, slaves are a valid form of loot, so it's getting something from having spent a few days of its time stuck in a summoner's circle.

If the slaves are considered loot, the group could just claim them for themselves and let the Efreeti have some of the BBEG's other stuff.

If they let on how much they want to free them, they'll probably lose all other loot, though.

Just remember that if you want it to 'sound' greek, you need to have 4 syllables and have them come out like the beat of drum kind of.

Herakles, Homeros and Perikles (among others) beg to differ.

EDIT: Oh, and I don't know if it works as an elf name, but Io was the name of a (female) lover of Zeus.

...you think ANY language always plays by its own rules 100% of the time? That is....cute.

No, I just think that there are so many counterexamples in this case that this is hardly a rule at all.

I do not know if this method actually works, but I really hope it does.

Well, that information is less concrete than I had hoped, but thank you nonetheless.

Hello!
Would anyone be so kind as to name a few human cities with a thieves' guild, preferably with an epidemic or some other kind of desaster about 18 years in their past?
(I am currently trying to decide where my character should come from.)
