Okay, Ester/Portia is fully converted to gestalt and ready to go. Went with infiltrator inquisitor // velvet blade slayer. This has probably been my most fun character write-up so far (even as a 2-year-old concept), hope it's as enjoyable to read as it was to write.
theasl here - I'll be going with Ester/Portia, though her details in the alias aren't updated yet. I'm planning on staying with infiltrator inquisitor on one side but I'm not too sure what to do with the other. Here's the mythweavers sheet I'll be adding the gestalt build to. I'll update when that's done. As she is LE and maintaining two different identities, please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and hopefully we'll be able to work those out. Oh jeez, I already have one paladin vs quasi-evil game, no need for another... @Placeholder of Doom: I humbly request that if you decide to go with Olivia or anyone similar (I don't think there are any others right now but characters are still coming in), that you not also take Ester. Thank you!
Err...I'd assume you mean Princess Eutropia? The actual "queen" (not sure what the actual title would be) is long-dead.
@Ester Virgilla What I'm planning to do with my vigilante if I get in is create two aliases - one for his Social Identity and one for his Vigilante Identity. You could go with that option for alias naming. Hm, I forgot I could do that here. I don't know how much time she'd spend in her "normal" identity, though, considering she's not a vigilante. Speaking of which - I took the Infamous drawback, but I'm not sure how it would interact with keeping a cover identity. If it's too much trouble I can just get rid of Infamous and Deep Cover.
So...this is Portia Russus. Wasn't sure which identity to name the alias, so I went with the "public" one. Background has somehow been greatly expanded and is even darker than before...note that it's in first person with an extremely unreliable narrator, so there are exaggerations, misinterpretations, and outright falsehoods. I'll let you decide for yourself what to believe. :) Just writing up this character has been incredibly fun and now I'm questioning my own mental health a little bit more than usual... |
