Same here. I did some very light digging, and it looks like the print version of the box is unavailable in the store, so I have to wonder if that creates the situation where the ability to "purchase" it from the redemption code is disabled. If so, I'm a bit disappointed. Aside from the maps, I own almost all of the stuff in the bundle already, and effectively bought this bundle for the physical BB to give to my girlfriend, as she was planning to run her nieces and nephews through some of it over her winter break (assuming a timely enough delivery). Fortunately, I have the PDFs already, so I can give them to her to use. Also, I'm really supportive of the charity, so another plus. But, putting a potentially out-of-print physical product in a Humble Bundle seems a good way to generate ill will. Who made that decision, Humble, the charity, or Paizo?

Erik: It was a combination of unfortunate events, I believe. They had to implement new code to the website, new Subscription infos, new rules for the staggered release of PDF's and prepare for GenCon, all of which culminated to some problems here and there.

And then the script to place orders ran amok and quit some times when the CS-department was down to 2 people and the weekend nearing,
Additionaly, there's been many emails and posts on the messageboard dealing with cancelations and starting items for new subscriptions, and such.

TLDR: busy times and troubles made the window short.

Sadly, that doesn't sound like anything was well thought out. I signed up within the first few days of pre-order availability to get a subscription. I didn't screw around with pre-orders, and cancellations, and subscriptions I'm going to cancel the day after GenCon ends, as I see a bunch of people claim to be doing. I jumped in at full speed ahead as soon as I could, because I saw a lot of value in the product from the playtest, and now I'm getting screwed out of an opportunity, partly due to malcontents finding ways to complicate things and, if you're correct, help to create a shortened window of which I was physically unable to take advantage. It leaves a very bad taste in my mouth, right now.

Paizo is working on wrapping up getting the new Pathfinder Accessories subscription up on the website. I believe we are currently targeting sometime Monday, June 24th.

Gen Con Opt In for Pick up for subscribers is open until July 3rd.

Gen Con PreOrder pick up (for not subscribers) is being worked on, but the code has not yet been rolled out.

Well, that's frustrating. I just found the e-mail after having been out of the country on a long cruise, having very little to no access to Internet, only to find out that the e-mail and the end date fell within my trip window. The only reason I added the subscriptions was to be able to pick up at the convention, and now I can't even do that. Is there some exceptionally good reason that the window was only 10 days? I mean, if I had had any indication from forum posts before I left how short a window I would be facing, I would have had one of my daughters checking my e-mail and taking care of it while I was gone.
