Elwitta springs to his feet and prepares to engage the oncoming orcen horde.

Yes, I think the FC41 orc is dead after its round of ferocity. Elwitta had planned to move into that square.

Let's rally on Grimm. Mott should try to stabilize and heal him - maybe get him back into the fight. I'll try to push the orcs back.

Elwitta pounds the orc at FD41 and then takes a step forward, assuming the orc has fallen after it's deathblow.

Elwitta steps forward 5' and swings at the orc to his north east with his great axe.

Elwitta moves to the second rank and prepares to step in for Morgan if necessary.

"Morgan, you can fall back anytime - I'll take your place."

Elwitta readies his great axe as he brings up the rear.

Sounds good Eldarian. I defer to Grimm on whether he wants to lead or bring up the rear.

For marching order, I suggest that Grimm and Elwitta lead (double file), followed by Rowan and Morgan, and then Eldarian and Mot Zon.

Elwitta spends a couple of minutes staring at each cave, looking for signs of life or danger.

"This place reeks of death. Morgan, do you know anything about the denizens of each cave? Does is matter if we pick the left or right cave?"

The CoC map just shows as a blank grid for me.

Elwitta will pick up a shield and five day rations before leaving.

To Morgan, "I want to visit the Caves of Chaos, the jewel of southeast Ulek. I want to meet interesting, stimulating humanoids of a rich, ancient culture ... and kill them. I want to be the first dwarf from my clan with a confirmed kill."

Elwitta slams his fist on the table. "Yes, we will kill every last stinking orc and goblin in these caves! I will venture with you Morgan. Who's with me?"

Raising his flask, "To the Caves of Chaos!"

"Ale and fowl for me as well. Keep the drinks coming."

Elwitta looks at the map. "Interesting. What lives in the caves? How was the merchant captured? Why has the army not dealt with this?"

"My accent is from Ulek. What can you tell us about these caverns? Do you know of any guides who could take us there?"

Elwitta nods at Mot, "Aye, I could use a drink. The next round is on me."

"I am Elwitta Bad-Axe! The forces of chaos will soon learn to fear my name."

Elwitta sheathes his weapons and bellows, "Now this is a sturdy keep! Must have been built by dwarves, wouldn't you say Grimm?"

He follows the others into the Keep.

Greetings all, I'm very much looking forward to the campaign!

Concerning the name Elwitta, I actually took it from the tournament characters provided in the original A1-4 slaver series. He's definitely male :)

Elwitta's profile has been updated to replace Cheliax for Ulek.
