Hello !

I'm french, so this message is going to be short and certainly full of faults ... Sorry :)
I create my own campaign setting for PFRPG. And I'm confronted to the same problem than Paizo : "eladrin" and "guardinal" are not OGC. I see that Paizo has named them respectively "azatas" and "agathions" for Golarion.
I would like to use the same names, for more compatibility and because I respect very much Paizo for doing PFRPG ;) So I asked myself : are these names OGC ?
I searched on Google, and it seems that "agathion" is OGC. I don't know for "azata". Finally ... I asked the question directly to Paizo !

May I use, maybe under the Community Use Policy (I signed), these names ?

Feint, p 63, depend of Deception, wich not exist anymore. I think it's an error ?

Hello !

I want to translate a house rule I use.

Try in English ;) : For learn language, the system I use is a little bit different from that of the Player's Handbook. The character learns, with the creation of his character, an additional language by +1 of Intelligence (this doesn't change). The difference is in the training after the first level. After a prolonged contact (at least one week) with an unknown language, a character can do a Linguistics check to see if he learns the language. The DC is 15 for a current language (commun, elf...), 20 for a rare language (celestial) and 25 for a very rare language (for example ettin's growls or yuan-ti). The character can do a new check each last additional week in contact with the language, the DC decrease by 2 each time. It is possible to do 10 with this check.

I wish you will understand ^^

Hello and first, bravo for this excellent work ;)

I don't understand

Quote:
Learn Language: Whenever you put a rank into this skill you immediately learn to speak and read a new language.

Do you want linguists speak twice more languages ?

In the 3.5 rule, learn a language needs 2 skill point ; in 3.P Alpha 2, it needs 1 rank. 1 skill point is approximatively like 1 rank. So, for the same cost, you speak two languages instead of one !

I don't understand ...

(And sorry for my bad English, I'm French and I do what I can :) )
