Summers will incapacitate the guard on the left.

Saranda has something to limit them both.

I am unable to close the distance to the guards during the surprise round, assuming we manage to receive one.

I can charge and make one attack during a full round.

I propose our ranged characters focus on lefty, Grumble jack stay near them as support, Balthazar and I close as quickly as possible on righty.

If we can make him surrender, great, if not, death!

I like the plan put forth and believe we should act on it.

My apologies for the delay, things have been less than easy recently!

Work is way past not fun at the moment, new mandates along with changes to the pay structure have increased my stress levels to two packs a day plus.

Currently, Ekkehardt evaluation of everyone is useful in their specific capacity. Still highly uncertain of not being back stabbed, but confident enough in his own prowess of survival he is willing to take measured risks to further his current goal.

That and he feels confident he can one shot enough people to make the others fall in line if necessary.

I totally enjoy the hot headedness....*sigh*, bad pun, of the character, but we need to find an acceptable...leash? guidance, tactic, etc to keep you on the same page as part of the group.

Part of the early adventures in most games, are the opportunities to form a team out of a bunch of individuals.

We need to work very hard on that, evil is hard, we will not have many allies. None until we exit this prison alive.

The "Beast" and I are one in the same. My family has the blood of bears flowing in it. Some call us Cold Born, part were bear, mostly human. I am linked more closely to the creatures in our past than others in my family. We have served the crown for generations as warriors, stewards, guards. I have broken from that...is this the first time you have witnessed battle? You look unwell. There is no shame in feeling ill at the death you have witnessed. Fire and claw are not easy ways to die, fire is an agony, but I believe their pain was shortened my mercy. Don't worry, the screams will fade from your mind in time.

Arrows and bolt will be the first thing to fly, they will attempt to slay us from a distance before we can close, I am more competent in close.

If I can eliminate him, what's left is easily dispatched.

If I can get him, I will try.

If not, I try not to laugh as they beat my cellmate.

Ekkehardt would view this as a good chance to destroy the guards, from his current point of view.

This attack also raises his estimation of the "none water holder" from liability to potentially useful. :)

I'm looking forward to most everything in this game, most particularly the Characters and the interplay! Having a group of wicked villains forge themselves into a group will be an intriguing challenge.

I'm a Charter Subscriber, so I own all the Paths and I'm slowly adding to my horde of modules.

This is one of the few games out there that I'm not familiar with, so everything is a new and refreshing.

Playing Ekk tactically and within his Intelligence will be very hard.

When I receive more skill points I will be placing at least one in History to reflect his growing tactical knowledge.

For now, I can not WAIT to play a warrior. Most of my online games I play support characters and I'm the primary GM for my table top game.

I pray they are as useful as they are mouthy or attractive. No true warriors to hold my flank...they will be ranged, knowledge seekers or battlefield controllers. They are not military...they don't have the look or discipline. Hell-fires...probable rooks, then. No tactical awareness, Hecate must be able to summon something, "Summers" works with cold, Ardra...unknown, Saranda...unknown, and a women with a weak bladder.

This'll be a hard day..

I'm running my Iron God's table today, so no posts until later I'm afraid.

No, I believe we are RPing and then YBD will let us know when it's time to go. Ekk just happens to believe he will Claw his way through Brandscar to freedom and eliminate more of his enemies. He is only waiting for the right moment.

Leaning back on the wall, Ekkehardt, smiles once more, a true smile of enjoyment, not the grinning leer of before. His bestial features recide to his normal, rugged face.

Perhaps in a different life, you would be correct. But, no, I have studied extensively in the libraries on a variety of subjects. Verse and history had been favorites, but most recently, religious and extra-planer have been a passion. Many in my class surpassed me, but I still enjoyed the learning. It provided...insights for me.
