In my campaigns I don't require training for anything. I've never liked the optional rule as a player so I don't inflict it as a GM.

Does this mean I can sneak in to your offices late at night and use the copy machine? What about the stapler on Teter's desk?

Teter's stapler never actually has staples in it, and the copy machine transforms everything run through it into Gygaxian prose.

Just wanted to say that I hate fumble rules as both a DM and as a player. I'll never incorporate fumbles into the games that I run and there's a good chance that if I would avoid playing in a game that used them.
