seeing his companions eyes glaze over Drorlud runs over and desperately tries to shake them out of their trance. it seems to have no effect.

What have you done with them? shouting at Roidira.

Stoneleance? any ideas pal? guess we need to look for a way to get them out of this trance, maybe back at the town there will be an apothecary? wierd magic curses isnt my specialty!

If you count "true knowledge" as knowing without a doubt that something is true then you are right we cant. but how we define knowledge is via observation and experimentation, the whole of society collectively adds to these observations and we further our knowledge. it may not be a perfect system of working, and it may be that we are mistaken about things. but I feel it works a lot better than just staring into space all day claiming that everything is nothing........ and I must politely decline your offer. Being the resourceful type, I feel Drorlud may have liked the opportunity to relieve the dead of any...... unneeded possessions?, and possibly to search the chapel style room?. also, am I able to heal by just resting? or did Lynns spell (THANK YOU!!) heal everything?. either way, ill do a perception check for the area we just entered!)

ok im going to try to strike with my sword then use acrobatics to move out of immediate contact with the phantom, it looks like I can move at half speed for this action and it is legal to do a move and attack in the same turn, if any of this isnt right then please feel free to move me back etc

Im terribly sorry if this is getting frustrating for people. im slightly confused by your damage roll though Eamon, do I not get to also roll the extra d6 for sneak attack too? ill do both anyway and can pick the correct outcome!

+3 for finesse (dex isntead of str) +1 Lynns bonus. sorry this is all new to me, trying to piece together everything from the rules.
I have no idea what the lizards AC is but i shall roll damage as if success

Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 21d6 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 + 1 = 5
(no idea if its possible to make it auto add the results of 2 dice, but result is 7) So my thinking here is that the rappier is 1d6+1 and sneak attack is also 1d6+1 and lynns bonus also applies +1 to damage?. feel free to tell me this is all wrong :D

I think I agree with Lynn, have a go at getting the rest of the info tonight if we can, will allow us all to sleep on it and think through anything we may have missed, rather than half form a plan in the morning..... On the subject of sleeping, I havent just ruined our chances at getting a bed for the night anywhere have I? would imagine a lot of places are full during the festival!

Seeing the expression on Lynns face Dont worry, I thought the same, and to be honest there is still something that doesnt sit right with me about it all.

Once at the bar and waiting for the drinks to be poured Drorlud scans the bar to see if he can spot anyone that looks like they might know something

He thinks he spots some potentially likely people please fill in the blanks, i will carry on as if success but will leave as much open as possible. and decides that once he has put the drinks down that he will try to blend into the crowed and see if he can overhear their conversation

And with these dice rolls, likely trips up and spills their drinks in the process!

Drorluds eyes light up at the chance of a visit to either the tavern or the gambling hall.

Maybe we could go to the tavern for an after dinner drink? not sure how receptive to locals are to foreigners, but is worth a try.

Drorlud, whom also holds no religion secretly admires what he has heard about the Roidirans using knowledge to guide their choices, and wonders what her real issue with them is?

Without meaning to sound disrespectful, but what are these acts of disorder these Roidirans have been committing? as from what ive heard so far it sounds like you dislike that they have a differing philosophy to your own, and that alone shouldn't be reason to take issue with someone. he ponders for a minute that this may get him in trouble.... Of course, I am willing to help with an investigation into such matters, I just would like to know what they have been doing

Drorlud being naturally cynical in almost every situation isn't so sure that directly handing her the message was for the best, and will be keeping an eye on the priestess

So, I have rolled a number of actions in my last post. is it right that over a 10 is probably a success for an easy task? wasn't sure if 11 on that religion would give me anything. and im not sure if how I left my statements open was correct? my thought on this is that if I succeed a roll like that then the GM fills in the rest.... but please feel free to prod me when im doing things incorrectly!
