About Drahkn

Background:

Drahkn doesn't remember a time before bondage. He was born into a tribe of kobolds long ago enslaved by the Drow. From an early age he was marked out as unusually martial compared to his kin. A retired kobold pit-fighter took him under his tutelage and taught him the ways of the arena, what would be expected of him there and how to fight with maw, claw, and tail, in miniature imitation of the mighty wyrms. His mentor also taught him, furtively, of the Endless Destruction. Worship was carried out in secret, away from the prying eyes of the demon-worshipping masters, but to this day Drahkn is a devotee of Dahak.

Appearance & Personality:

Drahkn has carefully constructed a persona for the arenas. Much to the amusement of some in the crowd, he fights as a miniature dragon, with the traditional natural weapons of dragonkind. Even his fighting name is taken from the Undercommon word for "dragon". His armor, too, fits the theme; the uninitiated might at first take him for fighting unarmored, but this is not so. His armor is carefully styled to resemble dragon scale, and painted to blend in with his natural scale coloration. As such, it appears at first glance to merely be sections of thicker, harder scales along his arms, shins, and waist.
