I wonder why they made Barroom Brawler feat once per day for one minutes instead of something cool like once per day for one minutes plus additional times equal to your Cha bonus? If you are one of those popular guys who always hangs around the bar, don't you think you must be cool enough to handle a few more bar fight in a night than just one? The night is long and the fun is short to be just one minutes per day.

If one have blooded arcane strike and use vanguard style while wearing gloves of arcane striking, will he be able to grant arcane strike bonus to ally's Reflex saves?

For a character with full BAB, what would be the best feat for one to take if they don't know what they want and just want to have a lot of options? Could go melee, two handed weapon, one handed weapon, throw weapon or ranged.

Stats
Str: 17
Dex: 17
Con: 14
Int: 10
Wil: 7
Cha: 14

Consideration so far:
Two weapons fighting, Barroom Brawler, weapon Finesse, dodge

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Does bloodthirsty armor bonus stack for every attack it made or just increase maximum by 1?

Say if I made 5 melee attacks while wearing bloodthirsty armor, does my armor bonus increase by 5 or still just 1?

Thank you.

Hi there, I've been studying the design of pathfinder, and lately it caught my eyes Competent Caster from Mythic Adventure. I'm just wondering, once a caster took this path, there is no way to stop him from casting spell except his highest level. So why there are no path ability to stop that? I've been running duals against players at level 20 with 10 tiers of mythic, whatever points they want to buy, I let them. My only rules are no full casters, any starting distant they want and whatever the have, I have the same value. So they keep trying to build a mage killing builds against my sorcerer, but so far they have never beat me because there are no way to stop me from casting spell because I took improved initiative mythic and competent caster. They are at the end of their high level campaign and they are dualing this sorcerer for godhood. They reborn back as whatever their character wish to be and can try as many time as they can.

So at a design standpoint, I'm just wondering what are the thoughts behind competent caster path ability? I get the point of ensure casters can have fun casting spells, but personally, I would design it so it only works once per round if not once per tier each day. Any thoughts?

Hi guys. Just wondering if there are anything magical items in Paizo's material that grants character ability similar to the feat Bodyguard. To aid another as an attack of opportunities. Thanks.

I'm wondering if there are any magical items that grant you a type of subtype for the purpose of under certain spell effect? Say if I make someone that is an outsider, can I trick him to put that item on so I can charm him?

When one of my PC wish to go solo mission with a level 20 rogue with 10 tiers of mythic in Trickster character. Is there any ways I can counter it without have my NPC wearing heavy armor and shield with tons of bonus or giving my NPC some abilities that just makes it impossible to sneak attack?

Are there any simple items or feats, even mythic path ability that can make sneak attack less effective?

Okay, this is crazy but I wonder if it's possible to put Brawling on Blunt Arrows.

Blunt Arrows are arrows, so since an arrow used as a melee weapon is treated as a light improvised weapon (–4 penalty on attack rolls) and deals damage as a dagger of its size (critical multiplier ×2). Can we do the same with Blunt Arrows as a light bludgeoning weapon?

If so, since we count this as a light improvised bludgeoning weapon, can we put Brawling weapon special ability on it? Say I have Mythic Arcane Strike and I want to put it on my blunt arrow because it's the only thing I found and I will have to fight some crazy monster with only one +5 blunt arrow and no bow, nothing at all. Can I do that?

Thank you.

Here is a character I have and I want to see if it's possible to make it work with multi classes of 7 just for fun sake. He is a child from a family full of magical creatures, so he inherited some of their power. Team has an all rounded Druid, heal and repair Cleric of Sarenrae, Air Elemental Sorcerer that is playing a blaster, a Shadow Dancer, a Ranger with 3 levels of Zen Archer that is really good at grapple. From time to time we will have other players joining us. An Arcane Sorcerer that is all rounded and a Charming Rogue.

What I'm aiming for:

1, Silver Dragon Disciple with fly speed of 90ft- 60ft without any magical items.
2, Able to fight effectively in a melee combat.
3, Must multiclass in to a total number of seven classes.
4, Able to protect team member. (Able to change tactics quickly such as quick draw tower shield to provide cover.)
5, Still effective without magic. (The world is full of magic, but gold doesn't rain down senselessly and magical items are rare.)
6, Must have 4 levels in fighter.
7, No third party materials or from Adventure Path.

Here is what I got:

Two-handed Fighter 4/Silver Draconic Sorcerer 1/ Dragon Disciple 10/ Emissary Cavalier 1/ Holy Gun Paladin 2/ Stalwart Defender 1/ Eldritch Knight 1

Wis- 7 (7 on purpose)
Cha- 15 (12 base + 3 level)

Fort: + 21
Refl: + 9
Will: + 15

BAB: +16

Equipment : Robe of Arcane Heritage, Mithral Full Plate, Tower Shield, Buckler, Nodachi, Scimitar, Composited Bow(SR +3), Club, Dagger X 2, bec de corbin, Scythe, Chakram X 2 and Arrow X 19. (Have no decide which gun to have, want to get dual revolvers just for the look but cost a lot.)

Would like to hear your feedback. Thank you.

Greetings,

I'm currently playing a Fighter who has his draconic blood awaken, he begins to accept it and allowing him to be a Dragon Disciple. I know Dragon Disciple supposed to focus on natural attacks, but my fighter is a reach polearm fighter. I want him to fly around enemy and hit hard. How should I go about it?

His stats are the followings:

Fighter 4/Sorcerer 1/ Dragon Disciple 1
Str: 21(18 + 2 racial + 1 level): +5
Dex: 16 : +3
Con: 14 : +2
Int: 12 : +1
Wis: 7 : -2
Cha: 12 : +1

Thank you for the Advice.

My character is now level 5, Fighter 4/ Sorcerer 1. At next level, he will become Dragon Disciple. I'm currently looking at a Quin-class build. Fighter 4/ Sorcerer 1/ Dragon Disciple 10/ Eldritch Knight 3 / Stalwart defender 2.

Str = 19 + 2
Dex = 16
Con = 14
Int = 12
Wis = 7
Cha = 12 (will add one at level 8, hope to get a plus 2 later on through books)

So far he has a good fighter reach build. Power attack, combat reflex, furious focus, weapon focus, weapon specialist, pushing assault and dodge.

my group has 1 fighter, 1 caster, 1 cleric, 1 druid, 1 thief and 1 monk plus me. We only allow CRB and APG. My aim is to make him a fighter with power of dragon and have at least 16 BAB. Able to fly and turn dragon alone was good enough for me. However, Arcane Strike for level 10 caster gives +3 damage and bypass damage reduction. Which add back up to the damage I lost in power attack for lacking 4 BAB. So I want to go that path.

Stalwart Defender gives me one AC with Defensive stance just in case running out of dragon form, which shouldn't happen if I play it right. But it can stack with dragon form so I can't complain. I was tempting to go barbarian with extra movement speed.

Any advice on this build?

I'm new to Pathfinder with a wonder GM and amazing group. I created my first character who is a descendant of silver dragon, started off a fighter. As much as I love playing as a full fighter, I just can't resist being a dragon. So I decided his true blood shall be awaken in this adventure.

I know that new player should try to play a simple character, but I just want to try new things all the time. I wanted him to be Fighter X/Sorcerer X/Dragon Disciple X/Barbarian X/Stalwart Defender X.

I don't know if it's a good idea, so I wonder if anyone could give me some advice. From what I can see, the books didn't say much about not being able to take Form of Dragon II, Rage and Defensive Stance at the same time. It will gives me at least 6 rounds of Str and AC boost, which I will need to threaten the enemies and protect my team. I wonder would it be possible, and allowed.

Thank you.
