How does the relic Channeler's Powerful Bond ability interact with the Sulesh the Great Legendary Spirit?

Relic Channeler wrote:

Powerful Bond (Su): Because of habitually channeling the same spirits and possessing physical links to the spirits' former lives and legends, a relic channeler possesses a strong bond with her spirits. She receives the benefit of the Alertness feat whenever she is suffering a spirit's influence penalty. She chooses two spells of each level with the archmage arcana and divine surge spirit powers instead of one, two exotic weapon proficiencies with champion's prowess instead of one, three combat feats with legendary champion instead of two, and three skills with trickster's edge instead of two.

This ability alters spirit.

Sulesh the Great wrote:
Sulesh's Spells (Lesser, Su): Sulesh always grants summon monster I–VI, plus the cantrip detect magic. This ability alters archmage arcana.

Would Sulesh's Spells supersede the Relic Channeler's Powerful Bond, thus granting only the spells indicated, or would the Medium also gain a second set of (fixed) spells alongside them?

The title pretty much says it all. Do you pronounce Decemvirate with a hard or a soft C? I use a hard C, based on the root "deca-", but I'm the only one in my area who does. I'm curious to see what the community opinion is.

With the changes to the Spirit Talker feat as part of the ACG errata, how does the feat interact with the Arcane Enlightenment hex? Do spells prepared with the aid of that hex vanish at the end of the hour, or remain prepared?

Does being under the effect of the Rage spell or a Skald's Raging Song count as Raging for the purposes of using feats such as Amplified Rage or Warleader's Rage?

I was looking at coagulating a blob of PFS GM Credit into an Arcanist, and would appreciate some feedback. The idea was to use the Occultist archetype to bust out standard action summons, then switch to blasting and crowd control. The Arcanist was chosen over Wizard due to being the only way I know of to get Potent Magic augmented blasts along with standard action summons.

Race: Human
Str: 7
Dex: 14
Con: 14
Int: 18 OR 19
Wis: 9
Cha: 14 OR 12

Traits: Wayang Spellhunter (Burning Arc), Magical Lineage (Burning Arc)

1: Spell Focus: Evocation, Spell Specialization: Magic Missile
2:
3: Exploit: Metamagic Knowledge (Empower Spell), Spell Focus: Conjuration
4: Switch Spell Specialization to Burning Arc
5: Exploit: Potent Magic, Augment Summoning
6:
7: Intensify Spell
8:
9: Exploit:School Understanding (Admixture), Superior Summoning
11: Greater Exploit:Greater Metamagic Knowledge, Open Feat

At level 2 (when I'd start playing it), this build puts out 3d4+3 magic missiles--not the greatest blast, but far less risk/reward tradeoff than the 5d4 Burning Hands it could be doing instead. At lower levels, Conjurer's Focus is like getting several extra spell slots combined with Acadamae Graduate.

When it picks up Burning Arc at 4, it already deals 7d6 Empowered, and hits the 10d6 cap at 6. I would be picking up a Ring of Summoning Affinity (Asura) at 7-- the Adhukait with Augment Summoning is crazy good. It seems like it would scale well into PFS tier 10-11, particularly in groups.

One weakness I'm seeing in the build is initiative--by higher levels, it's probably only going to be around +4. Any thoughts?

The Sanctified Slayer archetype grants an Inquisitor the Slayer's Studied Target class feature, using Inquisitor level as effective Slayer level.

Studied Target grants its bonus to, among other things, "the DCs of Slayer class abilities".

Does this mean that the Studied Target bonus applies to the DCs of the Inquisitor's spells?

EDIT: Read typo in thread title. Colour me embarrassed.

If a Bladebound Magus selects a klar as a Black Blade, can the klar be enchanted separately as a shield? Black Blades ordinarily cannot be further enchanted, but as klars (an shields in general) can be enchanted independently as weapons and as armour, I wondered if there was ever any discussion on the issue.

I'm putting together a Skald/Dragon Disciple for PFS, and would like some feedback on the build. The idea was to build a versatile character who could provide party buffs, capable melee presence, knowledge skills, and social skills, who could also be halfway decent at ranged combat if necessary.

Name: Crúac Howling Void
Race: Half-Orc
Alternate Racial Traits: City-Raised, Sacred Tattoo, Skilled
Traits: Magical Knack (Skald), Fate's Favoured
Stats: Str 16 Dex 14 Con 14 Int 10 Wis 10 Cha 14, bumping Str at 4 and 8
OR
Str 17 Dex 14 Con 14 Int 10 Wis 7 Cha 15, bumping Str at 4 and Cha at 8

1: Barbarian (Savage Technologist) 1—Power Attack
2: Skald 1—Extra Performance
3: Skald 2—Versatile Performance (Oratory), Furious Focus
4: Skald 3—Rage Power (Lesser Spirit Totem)
5: Skald 4—Battle Cry
6: Dragon Disciple 1
7: Dragon Disciple 2—Bloodline Feat (Toughness), Cornugon Smash
8: Dragon Disciple 3
9: Dragon Disciple 4—Feat(???)
10: Skald 5
11: Skald 6—Rage Power (???), Discordant Voice

Key items: Belt of Giant Strength +2, +1 Courageous Furious Falchion
Key Spells: 1—Moment of Greatness, Liberating Command, 2—Acute Senses, Heroism, 3—Haste

Crúac starts out as a competent melee fighter who quickly picks up an array of combat buffs, knowledge skills, and social skills. Savage Technologist was chosen for its (IMHO) superior rage bonuses , rather than its penchant for firearms. Lesser Spirit Totem is wonderful with Raging Song, becoming progressively more powerful with each melee combatant—though Crúac's modest Charisma tames this somewhat. While I'd love to be tossing out Cacophonous Call/Piercing Shriek/Glitterdust lockdowns, Charisma won't likely be high enough to get them to reliably stick.

By level 9, Crúac hits 30 Strength while raging or under the effects of Raging Song, assuming she can get a Greater Magic Weapon spell at CL 8 from an ally (at level 10, she can cast it herself with Spell Kenning). This puts her melee attacks at +25/+18, 2d4+25. She also has the option of picking up a Furious AoMF, for +20/+18/+20, d6+19 (bite)/d4+15 (2 claws). With a +1 Adaptive Composite Longbow, she hits at +14/+9 for d8+10. Not great, but probably adequate for situations where nothing else will do.

Any advice for improving the build—stat arrays/archetypes/feat substitutions/spells/Masterpieces, etc?

I have a 3rd level Inquisitor (Heretic) that I was considering retraining to Sanctified Slayer. From what I understand, abandoning the Heretic archetype at 3rd level requires paying retraining costs for the Judgement (Escape), Lore of Escape, and Hide Tracks class features, for a total cost of 15pp and 450gp--even though Lore of Escape is the only one that replaces a class feature. Retraining to Sanctified Slayer would then cost a further 5pp and 150gp to retrain the Judgement class feature, for a grand total of 20pp and 600gp. Is this correct, or have I left anything out?
