Fatigue: You can neither run nor charge, and you take a –1 penalty to your Armor Class, attack rolls, melee damage rolls, Reflex saving throws, initiative checks, and Strength– and Dexterity-based skill and ability checks. The amount of bulk you can carry without becoming encumbered is reduced by 1. If you are fatigued, doing an activity that would normally cause fatigue causes you to become exhausted instead. After 8 hours of complete rest, you are no longer fatigued. Realizing this puts him at risk Dakes realizes that if this fight doesn't end soon he will never get to rest and regain health again. Because he will probably be eaten by these space dogs. ![]()

Dakes sees the creatures on what was supposed to be an empty ship. Based on the reactions of others he assumes the group is following a shoot first methodology. More than anything else though, he wonders What is this creature doing on the ship that was supposed to be empty? Is this what the Ambassador wanted brought back? Of course I crit on initiative and then fumble on the shot. lol We using the critical failure deck from Cosmic Crit? ![]()

![]() Dakes sees the android slip through the door and clicks his comm on, says nothing, and clicks it off. Presumably that is where their soldiers will be and he can’t believe anyone would wander in blind. The thought of going in blind just bothers him. It appears we have stumbled into some sort of disagreement between gangs. Perhaps we should try to make it to the dwarf? Not sure if I am jumping turn order here but the following is my next plan of action Dakes realizes there is a chance the dwarf might not be dead. He ducks as low as he can and tries to use his small size and staying behind cover to get as close to the dwar as possible without putting himself immediately in the line of fire. He is a scholar. Not a hero. But he also realizes he might be able to save the victim’s life.
