If you already got you authorization email (which you should have gotten by now), you will need to contact customer service and hope they catch your ticket before your stuff is shipped. Otherwise, it'll be sent with your next sub shipment.

Anyone know how I'm supposed to be contacting Paizo or what their typical response time is like? I emailed customer.service@paizo.com on 3/15 hoping that they could include the beginner box with my subscription shipment before it went out 3/22, but never got a response (I also followed up on 3/20). When the subscription order arrived without the beginner box order I thought okay bummer they didn't get my email in time, but that's okay. Now I'd like to just have the box ship immediately instead of waiting until the next sub ships, but it says I have to contact support to do that. Support hasn't replied to my original inquiry, and I put in a new request to have it ship separately on 3/25 which also hasn't seen a response on yet.
