So, I've made a Staff Magus for a Jade Regent campaign. My character is one of the front-line melee guys (along with a Monk). The group is not big on hyper optimized characters so I decided to go for a STR based Staff Magus that specializes in tripping attacks for some nice battlefield control. My concern is that I am going overboard on tripping feats. Can I get some advice? Here's a link to the character. We're starting at 5th level.
For those of you who don't want to bother with the PDF, here's my feat/arcana progression as I currently see it. ===FEATS===

How's this going? Any updates? I've been thinking about doing pretty much the exact same thing (although setting it in Golarion). I'm mainly wondering how this will work further along in the AP. It seems that Pathfinder (and D&D 3.5) have an assumption that characters will have access to certain spells and abilities at higher levels (scry, teleport, planeshift, etc). Since Savage Worlds is a bit more down to earth, I can see this becoming a bigger and bigger issue as things progress. Yea? Nay?
I have to say that I am pretty damn disappointed by both the GSL and Paizo's decision to not publish under it. I've been a big fan of the company since they originally took over Dungeon and Dragon, and the adventure paths have been great. Unfortunately, I've been done with 3.5 for quite a while (right now I am running Age of Worms using a mutant hybrid of 3.5 and C&C) and have stopped purchasing any 3.5 materials (even though the current pathfinder stuff looks great, I don't have the time to do conversions). The Pathfinder RPG is not a solution for me. It still has way too much 3.x baggage for me to consider it. I'm pretty on-board with 4e as a system, and plan to play it a bit. I am just saddened that I will not get to see any great Paizo material for it.
We're playing in Greyhawk and are just about to finish the Prince of Redhand... All characters are 16th level. The Diamondlake Wyrmcrushers
