At the argument between the party members, Chetiin says nothing, going on about his business of readying for departure. Who knows what side the goblin would take, if the party erupted into conflict? Presently
After a short pause, he adds, "But, if you want disguise, give disguise, chib. I will wear. But no good at disguise myself."

I have two sets of travel papers, but I was wondering if there was a writ that outlined travel for caravan purposes. Like having an official passport and a personal passport, used for different reasons.

Chetiin walks over to the dark elf, wiping dirt and mud off of the dagger he threw and replacing it in its sheath. "Tough fight. I prefer ambushing the enemy to a straight-up fight."

"You're already dead." Chetiin moves in a wide arc behind the northern dog to avoid getting bitten, and grabs the rope trailing behind the dog. If he has actions remaining this round, he will tie the rope off to the post (that'll leave them tied to the same post), if not, he will do it next round and leave the dog's area and retrieve his dagger from the vicinity of the northern post.
