Samuel sorry work is so crazy. I have the same thing going on myself. It's coming up on the end of the federal fiscal year. So I'm going crazy trying to get things closed out. Hey, that sweep up money isn't going to spend itself!
Chakos will inform the other party members that "whatever this Reverend was, or wasn't, he's human, to the core. And, might I add, healthier than a newborn. Not a scratch on him, either. I need to eat what he was eating!"

As previously stated, I was out of town for two weeks. I'm glad to continue, but I understand if others would prefer to stop.
Alrighty then, so bright and early tomorrow morning, I'm taking 14 Boy Scouts to Summer Camp at Camp Tuckahoe, PA. Immediately following that will be my family reunion for a week. I expect to be back online on the 21st of July. Feel free to make decisions for me while I'm gone!

Sounds like a great trip, sorry about the COVID at the end. We did those locations when I was a kid, so I'm sure yours loved it and will remember it.

Greetings adventurers! Just a quick note to let you know the family and I are taking some Summer vacation starting this evening. I'll be back and ready to save the world on 12 June!

Chakos nods at Elliot's suggestions.
I'm on work travel myself, but should be ok to post in the evenings here too.
Chakos nods his head in agreement, "Elliott is right, you're safe with us, trust that. Elliot here can burn some crap down, if the circumstances warrant. Can you tell us what you saw inside? We are trying to get to the bottom of this. Maybe to save your family, but at the very least to put an end to the ungodliness being committed here."
Chakos continues his pursuit.

Chakos awaits the man's response about people being inside.
"Well, we all are, I suppose." Chakos steps up. "I have been around the world and seen some amazing things, but your faith there, and the things we have heard about the healings in the area, are miraculous!" He proffers his right hand, "Chakos is my name. We are sojourners passing through, always seeking the path to enlightenment, and we could not help but come and witness the miracles we had heard of."
I'm down with surveying the congregationalists, and coming back after hours.
Chakos turns to his companions, "so that was a little anticlimactic. Not at all what I was expecting." He suggests, "Maybe we should speak with the reverend on the side, maybe looking to get some healing for, ummm, Elliot's illness?"
As a Freemason myself, I want to say that this hero idea is excellent. The idea of a "Freemason Jesuit" in the 1930s is hilarious!

Chakos is quite repulsed by all of this. He may not be the good Padre, but he is a rather devout Catholic. He didn't expect things to be quite so, insane. Chakos nudges Elliott to volunteer.
