I am willing to DM. I have all of the APs except age of worms. I just dont have a place to host the games.

Just moved to town. Looking to join a group, pathfinder prefered, but also like
Star wars, shadowrun, 3.5, willing to learn others. Been playing/ DMing for 20 some years.
Am 45.

try to get a bag of devouring and pretend its a bag of holding. buy a bunch of cheap nicknacks and say they are replacements for your 'missing' items. place them ( carefully) in said bag.
should stop or at least slow down the problem. If you gm is willing to let him steal from you he should allow this. if not, try to get all your wondorous items as magical tattoos or something.
Also get a wizard to arcane mark your stuff, visibly. hard to pretend its not yours and hard to fence marked items. Have to keep it up periodically though, spell only lasts a month or so. Also put out a reward for the capture of ANYONE selling items with your mark on them....
I don't understand why the Dm won't let you hog tie the rogue if you know IN character that he steals from you....
or just let enemies by to smack the rogue when in combat...

Or every time one of your items comes up missing, Sunder one of his.. you know tit- for tat, or quid pro quo.

Most of the older Darkhorse stories about aliens were short story arcs, so if you can find them they are still good, with no worries about where the story may be now.

It generally doesn't work.
mostly I think because there are sooo many players and relatively few GM's.
Unless its a really out there idea, most Gm's get flooded with players trying to join, circumventing the need to go looking for more...

Looking for a group to DM or play Pathfinder with in SW Kansas. Specifically in or near Liberal.
I know there are gamers here, but few and far between. Seems most games are full up and not a large community.

Nor character with a Holy Avenger.

I have never had a character with a vorpal blade.

I mostly DM so I haven't ever played above 13th level. (unless DDO counts highest on there is a 21st level)
DM'd RotRL so have had my players up to 15th or so, next closest was a homebrew that made it to 14th.
I have never fought a Mind Flayer ( Illithid) tho my players have. XD

Arqelite is a self exiled wanderer. He left home after many attempts to make his father see things his way, failing every time. He lost his Father's respect when he took up the study of spells, instead of Smithing. He even tried to mix it up with weapons to make it seem more 'Dwarven' but alas, no. SO he wanders in search of a new home and family, and as much arcane knowledge as he can garner. He is innately proud of his abilities as a caster and a fighter!

Carnival isn't really a part of the set, just takes place in the same area. Pretty weird and cool tho. i used it in my Kingmaker campaign, the CarnEvil came to the new kingdom....

OP said its Paizo stuff, so no 5E. Dunno the newer stuff so well, but maybe multi arcanist or sorc with a synthesist summoner? been a while since I've seen Howl's , but he did 'become' that bird demon for a while...

Tarune is a smith of metal, weapons and otherwise. Intensely interested in smithing Skymetal, He is severely distressed and angry about the torch going out.
He learned magic from his human mother and how to smith metal from his adopted human father.
He is not a blaster, more a utility and crafting wizard.

If he sounds interesting I will fully stat him out. XD

Sounds like the original module set that followed the small adventure in the back of the Eberron book. Not interested in running online unfortunately, nor do I have the books anymore, but maybe this will help other DM's who are.

Would love some D20 futures stuff. They re-did a lot of old star frontiers fluff. used to love star frontiers. Or a post apocalyptic fantasy horror setting...

Used to run a home brew that begin inside a Dyson sphere ( so mixed high, low tech and magic), then was invaded by young gods looking for a realm of their own. Under the cosmic stress it shattered, and the pieces were sucked into a demi plane, somewhat like the astral plane but with air, and gravity that only went about 2oo feet from the land masses (only on 'top'). The sun was actually an immense portal to the plane of fire, with a HUGE hemisphere of mithral circling it to create night and day. No real sunlight so undead were very strong.
Was a lot of fun.

Pathfinder style Gamma World. Loved it too.....

Or even a space pirate shtick, but set in the Golarian solar system...

Dunno where Ft Riley is, But here in Liberal, in SW KS, it is a veritable desert. PBP is my only outlet here. There are some games but they are few and far between, and no real community to speak of.....

cool. Thinkin maybe a human Oracle of Wind, with cure spells as my choice, Longspear and spiked guantlets for weapons, clouded vision curse. Prolly stay Oracle all the way up.
Would be easy going and could get along with any race and class, preferably buddies with a ranged attacker. XD

have you looked into magus Max? You get the free light armor no fail gig. Not as many spell choices or slots, but more combat ability.

Reminds me a lot of PFS play. Sounds good. I'm in. Probably won't DM as I'm fairly computer illiterate, but will fill as needed for characters. willing to play most anything.

Per my understanding of golems, it wouldn't effect them. They are only effected by spells listed in their description. Not even disjunction effects them.
The other two , as far as I am aware would be effected, per the rules of dispel magic, caster level checks and what not.

Mostly if you want a game, you post a concept, or even a completed character, in one of the threads here. Usually wait to see what the DM is looking for before stats and fluff tho...
PFS or Pathfinder Society games can be a great place to start. they pop up all the time, and are fairly short. With the added caveat that you level fast.(each scenario nets you 1 xp, 3 xp nets you a level.)
But you have to play under PFS guidelines and rules. You need to get the Field guide, which I believe you can still get here for free, not sure tho.
Also there is a whole section on PFS play, in the threads, if you need help with that.

look at the other threads in recruitment for a possible roll20 or Skype type game, they pop up every now and then. as for a local game, check the gamer connection thread or look for local gaming stores, comic shops or hobby stores near you, they sometimes have gaming at their locations or a board for interested gamers to post on.

If you can get a hold of it, the d20 versions of gamma world might work, mutants instead of magic but an easy switch. The newer version would take more modifying tho.

looks ok. Missing a few things ( just did a quick peek) 1 you listed healing domain with nothing else. Your domains spell is listed with spells, but you also have the rebuke death ability,{ Wis mod (+4) +3}7 /day uses. if target is below zero but above their neg Con amount, you can cure them for 1d4+1 every 2 levels. 2 you only have 1 orison prepped you get 3 or 4 I think, 3 you only have your domain spell listed as your first level spells. you get 1+1domain+1or 2 for high wis. 4 your dex penalty (10 and 11 are+0, 8 and 9 are -1) applies to your AC. Also under traits you have racial abilities and don't actually have any traits. They can be found in the player guides for each adventure and at the back of the Advanced Players Guide book. or on the SRD.

Also as a player, even if some one else is using 3 party stuff, YOU don't have to . I play pretty much core stuff wherever I play .XD

Definitely interested. Have a Magus I was trying to get into a Mummy's Mask, but will rework him for Sandpoint and RotRL. XD

Keep checking the recruitment thread, and post in there, in the threads that list games that fit your criteria. Gestalt games ( i believe) are games in which the character has two classes at the same time. Not positive on that tho. I like core stuff myself and play mostly that.
It sounds like you like core as well. If so definitely check out the
Pathfinder Society games or PFS. You'll need to download or read on the site the field guide and learn the PFS rules, but games are short and pop up all the time. Also on the recruitment thread, a lot of the DM's are willing/ like to help newcomers get started.

OK. so I just started the Wrath of the Righteous AP, and one of the Characters is a teifling witch. I am a paladin. Now to explain, I am trying to defend the witch against another character stating that his actions speak louder than his skin. That being said I offered to detect evil on him to 'prove' that he isn't a bad guy. Outsiders detect at 1st level, and I'm not sure how teiflings and aasimars work. Do they detect what their alignment is or their heritage? does a good aligned Teifling detect as evil?

Halflings or other small types. AWESOME!

Gonna over reach myself, but I'm very tempted to start a second PFS character to play here. Ebon is my only PFS chr. so far...
With Norine undecided and having a Halfling Cavalier, thinking going Halfling rogue...1st level of course...
Gimme a day or two to make a profile n character sheet.
