Snagrak enjoys the luxurious cruise back to Absalom, excitedly retelling the story of the groups adventure to the Iruxi time and time... and time..... and time again. Each repetition it get a little wilder, a little more hair raising. By the end of it they are fighting the whole city, slaying a kraken and all the Free Captains are pledging their allegiance to the Society. At least it's not boring?

Perhaps unsurprisingly Snagrak quickly speaks up, "Yes! Squids good hats. Should all wear." Settling down on the small sandbar he begins pulling various, mostly crushed food items from wherever he secreted them and happily munching away.

"Sock-eye-itty island good, if bit cramped." he says, fondly patting the sand. "Lady Fola be glad for us to own it now. Prolly make us kings." Nodding along to himself he happily sits there, content to wait for now.

Staring open mouthed at Jamal as if the man has grown a second head it takes quite some time for Snagrak to return to his senses and when he finally does he mutters to himself, "Fed up... with piratey stuff..." Horror underlaying his every word.

Shaking free of the terrible thoughts the goblin holds the driftwood symbol he wears close and whispers to it. "Snagrak never tired of Bees Mara.", before finally moving to his companions, though he still shoots Jamal a dirty look.

"Can borrow boat, but probably better to steal. Is Port Peril after all, might get told off otherwise." he offers helpfully, fully on board with taking a boat away from the noisy longshanks outside and snatching up armfuls of food to stuff into his bags and any bottles of water or alcohol as he waits.

Looking around at all the snoring fisherman Snagrak lowers his weapon and shield, actually looking a bit sad that he didn't get the chance to give anyone a thorough stabbing. "More stabs 'nother time maybes." he murmurs to himself before wandering over to the rest of the Pathfinder, stepping on the fishermen as if they were just part of the room as he does.

"What we do now? Go back to Sock-eye-itty Island? It small. But maybe less under water now!" he suggests, perking up. "Maybe nice dwarf lady help us, she already give presents so must like us!" Said 'present' that had been on his hat having long ago taken the chance to squirm off towards the water when the little goblin fell down.

Taking a circuitous route around the tables to avoid any untimely stabbings to his poor injured self the little goblin pirate rushes up towards one of the fishermen Sir Reinhart is threatening, yelling at the poor man as he does, "Snagrak be angry, Snagrak eye-rate! You not be fisher, you just be bait!" Before thrusting out with his rapier to try and skewer the man and then hiding behind his shield in case that angers him.

Snagrak shrieks in a very undignified fashion as he wakes up from dreams of a giant bee pirate queen only to see electricity flashing towards him, rolling behind an overturned barstool he just manages to avoid being struck fully by it.

"Bad longshanks, BAD LONGSHAKS!" he shouts at the fishermen, eyes growing larger and spittle flying from his lips. Seeing his fellow goblin leaping amongst the humans, slicing away, he cackles as he grabs his rapier and shield and stands up, "Yes, yes! More cuttings!"

Staggering woozily from the random chandelier that hits him Snagrak mumbles to himself, "Roof... falling... Port Peril weirder than last time was here." Shaking off the haze he pulls his shield up before him, draws his rapier and waves it around at the fishermen closest to him, "You all go home or Snagrak will... RELEASE THE BEES of MARA!" as threateningly as he can.

Despite having to constantly weave in and out of the crowd to avoid busy port goers, who seem to mostly ignore the small goblin, Snagrak still manages to keep up with everyone else, nodding along with the conversation as if he is entirely part of it.

Once the group arrives at the Last Catch and greets Captain Fane he is only too happy to oblige the pirate, reaching up on tip toes to snatch a mug for himself before enthusiastically pouring it down his throat whilst giving the toast... "Flat wat.. gurgle ..ery seas! Yes!"... and over his shirt, it looks like some even manages to get on the small squid still sat atop his hat.

Snagrak stares back and forth between Jamal and the dwarf with a bemused look on his face, trying, and probably failing to entirely follow the conversation. Shrugging as Jamal begins to walk away he gives the harbormaster a wave, echoed by a tentacle from his hat, and then scurries off after the other pathfinder.

"You wizard of saying things!" he says to Jamal, seeming very impressed by the mans rhetoric. Looking around at the riotous town and the ne'er-do-wells who inhabit it he beams a smile as they go, "Snagrak happy to be back in Port Peril, is best place!"

Snagrak quickly comes to an understanding with the small squid, he will stop biting it and it will sit on his hat rather than his head. With this new, majestic, headgear the goblin mostly passes the time in the boat offering ‘helpful’ suggestions to those new to sailing, that and fighting some of the crabs for space... well, mostly losing to the crabs for space.

As the small boat puts in at dock Snagrak nimbly hops up onto the planks, ”Much thankings for boat ride!” he cheerily exclaims to Hlar, ”Also for new hat and crab fights, lots of fun!” Scanning the crowds he looks for anyone who might seem to be in charge of the docks.

Snagrak scrambles up into the boat, climbing precariously over a sack of shellfish and wringing his hat out before jamming the slightly less sodden mess back on his head. Once aboard he sits, fidgeting and watching the dwarf until she leaps overboard. The goblin blinks once, twice and then breaks into a smile, "Guess this our boat now!" he says and begins looking around checking how seaworthy his new vessel is.

With his hat drooping down over his eyes it's a little hard for Snagrak to make out much beyond where he stands, though he doesn't seem terribly concerned by the rising water.

As Pell questions how the group will escape their apparent watery fate his hand shoots up into the air, "Oh! Snagrak did! Thought about bringing boat. Small boat, good for few peoples. Sail back and around places, very useful." Beaming he lowers his hand, before adding. "Did not actually bring. But thought about it."

Settling the now sodden and sad looking tricorne firmly onto his head the little goblin draws himself upright and loudly proclaims, "Snagrak claim this island for Sock-eye-itty!". Before taking a better look around the newly claimed sandbar and surrounding area.

A black, pirate tricorn floats by, undulating gently upon the rising tides. Just as it's about to drift entirely past the sandbar it erupts from the water, clutched in a green skinned hand, quickly revealing the entirely drenched Snagrak. Spluttering up sea water he crawls onto what small parts of the sandbar remain and looks up at the rest of the pathfinders with a smile that seems entirely too unconcerned considering his near drowning.

"Snagrak need remember not to be looking over side when Captain Benarry piloting next time." Looking around at the situation he thinks for a moment, "Water much deeper than goblin legs." he finally adds, helpfully.

"Hmm... Elves? Snagrak have lead now, much thankings Mister Locke!" The little goblin responds happily, "Taverns is good! Me usually ignored in them, but sometimes manage to grab mugs of foamy stuff. Tastes funny, but good. Often sleep lots after, not sure why." A shrug accompanying this undoubtedly unsolvable riddle.

"Snagrak look forward to be back in Shackles." He murmurs wistfully a few moments later, "Ab-slalom is nice place, but sometimes people scream or points and laughs at Snagrak, not feel good. People much more friends in Shackles, they like all, even people who not look like people cause have claws and things sometimes!" A wide, happy, perhaps slightly unsettling, smile full of teeth on his face as the goblin stares out over the water.

@Pell

The little pirate goblin seems a bit disheartened at mention of a crew, when he does respond his words are quiet. "No crew now, they all gone." A long sigh following the pronouncement. Just as quickly the moment passes and he smiles a mercurial grin full of oh so many sharp little teeth up at Pell, taking the offered hand and pumping it enthusiastically. "But me am part of Sock-eye-Itty now, is good to be Parf-Inder!" he says, sounding the longer words out in his slightly broken common.

"Captain Benarry is good Captain, yes!" he agrees with the man, beaming another smile, "She beeg boss, like scary lady, 'cept not scary." Nodding to himself as if that clears everything up.

@Jamal

Finally paying attention to the rest of the group Snagrak wanders over to them, listening intently to Jamals speech and his eloquent description of the skills be brings, followed by the others useful examples of their abilities before speaking up himself. "Am Captain Snagrak! Stab things!" He helpfully demonstrates by drawing his rather poorly maintained rapier and stabbing the deck a few times, loudly exclaiming as he does, "HA! Take stabs!"

Confident he has fully shown the array of his usefulness he falls silent, only to seemingly remember something else a moment later and speak up again in a rush. "Oh! Also am follow scary lady. She make stabs stabbier. An' sometimes make stabs go'way." He taps the wooden skull and crossbones amulet at his neck and very seriously sounds out the words, "Bees Mara. Snagrak not quite sure where Bees come from yet, but will figure out. Mara scary and strong!"

The ridiculously attired goblin exuberantly salutes Captain Benarry as she speaks to him, managing to knock the tricorne he wears even more askew, "Snagrak do you proud Captain!" he loudly exclaims, before heading further onto the deck and among the other pathfinders.

Idly wandering the deck he stops to listen to Pells lament as the mans gaze falls upon him. A few moments later as the human turns away Snagrak makes his way over to stand beside him and speaks up, "Me agree. Never imagine that me part of group like this! Go from being hit lots and empty bilge every day to Pirate Captain!" Nodding firmly to himself the goblin looks up at Pell, "Snagrak think you right, reality much better than imagination." his voice full of earnest honesty, completely misunderstanding the mans previous words.

Echoing up the ships stairwell from belowdecks, a reedy yet not entirely unpleasant voice bawling out a song with more enthusiasm than skill can be heard by any who care to listen, growing louder by the moment.

"Snagrak swim and Snagrak fight,
Skim the pay and drink all night.
Find the slaves and set them loose,
Stab the foes until the truce!"

With this 'introduction' leading the way another goblin finally steps out of the stairwell, his form mostly obscured by a heavy, red frock coat clearly far too large for him, a rapier at his side and a black tricorne hat set at what he likely imagines is a jaunty angle completes the look.

"Search the pockets, steal their stuff!
Snagrak never gets enough!
Captain Snagrak seeks recruits,
Be you pirates or be you loots?!"

Cackling to himself as he finishes his song the ridiculous, miniature pirate struts onto the deck, staring around at the crew and Pathfinders present. "Am Captain Snagrak. Beeg pirate boss!" he declares to no-one in particular, "You all safe in Shackles wiv Snagrak, scary tall lady look after him and friends!" One finger knowingly tapping at the carved wooden skull & crossbones which hangs around his neck.
