Thanks! I missed this during the main run, so I’m happy to have a second shot. I need to look around a bit and see if there’s a package to get a bunch of the no-numeral coins.

Check out the Coin Packs - you can set the single coins with no denominations in 10-packs.

Thanks very much folks!

Frozen Flame it is. It does make sense to keep on doing them in order of appearance.

In case you missed it, the limited edition Absalom token is now on BackerKit, last chance to pre order:

A few folks missed out on the limited edition Kingmaker one, so we hope to avoid unhappy future faces!

Thanks for asking, Luke, and for the answer Cebaron.

The coins all have the Eye of Aroden on the back, and all coins except the 1-coins have the denomination.

You can see both sides and find out more about the coins on the original Kickstarter page:

Hullo all,

If you missed our Pathfinder Coins of Absalom Kickstarter campaign, and would like some actual treasure for your table, Pre Orders are now live:
pathfinder-coins-of-absalom.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders

Add Ons include the limited edition Absalom Hero Point Token (we'll never reprint this), and the chonky Pathfinder Metal Compass, which really looks amazing on a Flip Mat.

Cheers,
Mark

Time flies when you're Kickstarting Golarion coinage!

Pathfinder Coins of Absalom has just 16 hours to go. We're really excited to see some actual loot on Pathfinder tables in 2023, as well as our new compass on flip mats.

Our latest update summarises everything we've unlocked. It's been huge fun. Mostly, it makes me really really want to get back to our Edgewatch campaign. The real gold is Lost Omens + the 2e rule set.

Mark

Hi all,

We've been making a Hero Point Token for each Adventure Path. The latest is Strength of Thousands, which will be in the Paizo webstore any day now.

Some of you have also recently received the Kingmaker one. That turned out so well! Jake Lane really captured the snarly essence of Wayne Reynolds' classic Jabberwock. It was an exclusive for the crowdfunding campaign, and so won't be available again.

We're a few APs behind now (they come by so fast at three parters!), so which token would you like to see next? We've love to hear what's the most popular.

Quest of the Frozen Flame
Outlaws of Alkenstar
Blood Lords

I'm thinking Alkenstar, but what say you?

Over on our Kickstarter we've just unlocked the Absalom Hero Point Token. This is a limited edition one, exclusive to the Coins of Absalom Kickstarter:

Hi everyone,

We've just unlocked the Pathfinder Metal Compass as an Add On for the Coins of Absalom Kickstarter.

You can see photos of it in the latest update:
Update #6: Pathfinder Compass Add On Unlocked!

We have wanted to make this for years. I love using Flip Mats (huge collection, I may have a problem) and so wanted a metal compass both as a map weight and also to show North (because I am often looking the opposite direction to the players when I face them from behind the GM screen). We approached the wonderful cartographer Deven Rue and made the Deven Rue Compass Rose, which has been super popular. It's a really beautiful piece.

But, I've always wanted to make a Pathfinder one, with the Glyph of the Open Road in the middle. Here it is. Brian Patterson has done a wonderful design. It's 2" wide, so fits perfectly on a 2x2 grid, and it looks sensational. I really hope that this makes an appearance on Pathfinder Society tables, where Flip Mats reign supreme.

You can read more about the Pathfinder Metal Compass and see images at the Kickstarter update. This is not a KS exclusive, and will be on general sale after the KS has fulfilled, but backers will get it first.

Best,

Mark

Yesterday we announced four new coins and the Collector Pack (one of each coin in the campaign), along with the new Noble House of Absalom coin set.

We funded! The Coins of Absalom are happening!

It's been really fun using the map of the city to chart our stretch goals. We entered the city through the Kin Gate into the Petal District, and nopw we're on our way to the Wise Quarter to unlock the platinum sphinx coin.

The project is now live!

I must admit, every time I see the Eye of Aroden on a coin back, it makes me happy.

Huge thanks to all who helped smash our first social goal of 250+ followers before launch day. If you like the project and can help spread the word wherever you talk Pathfinder with likeminded folks, it would help us a huge deal.

And, check out the marvelous heist actual play "The Absalom Job" by those excellent folks at Hijinks. It is a truth universally acknowledged that if you are in possession of a large fortune, somebody will try to nick it.

Onwards!

Mark

Just another 1d20 followers on Kickstarter before launch and we'll unlock that bonus coin! Thanks to all who have followed us so far, it really helps us.

Hello everyone,

Our Coins of Absalom Kickstarter is launching on Tuesday 25 October, noon PDT. We can't wait to bring real treasure to your Pathfinder table. All the coin designs by Brian Patterson are inspired by the art in Absalom, City of Lost Omens.

Here's the campaign launch page:
www.kickstarter.com/projects/campaigncoins/pathfinder-coins-of-absalom

And, announcing our first social goal: if we get 250 Followers on Kickstarter before launch day, we'll add a bonus 1-Copper coin to each Inns of Absalom coin set. Following a Kickstarter puts you under no obligation to back it, it just means you get a notification when it launches; but under the hood, it helps boost our campaign up the Kickstarter rankings, and you know we love to see Pathfinder front and center!

I'll keep lurking on this thread as the campaign unfolds. Some of you might have seen the preview of the coins at Gen Con, but we're really pleased with how they turned out and man, they are so much fun to play with.

Best,
Mark

Hi all, apologies for my ignorance about Paizo Advantage, that was an unhelpful comment! (Truth be told, I'd never actually heard of the program until now.) I'll leave it to the excellent folks at Paizo Customer Service to clarify what the situation is with our pins and Advantage.

Best,
Mark

Hi all, chiming in: these are licensed 3rd party products made by us (Campaign Coins) so they are not Paizo 1st party products, which means that Paizo Advantage might not apply. They will be at Gen Con.

Get ready, FIGHT !!!

Will the Extinction Curse coins ever come back? I would liked to get my hands on one of them as I am GM-ing it right now!

We are reprinting the Extinction Curse token right now, and it will be available again at the same time as we release Fists of the Ruby Phoenix in November. And thanks so much to everybody for the wonderful comments here, we are so glad that you enjoy the tokens!

No worries Aaron, it's been quite a week at Paizo. Heroes all.

We're so glad you like this, folks! It was an honour to bring the most iconic Pathfinder magic item to life.
