About Cadas


An envoy from Curchain Hills, Cadas shows up in Sandpoint with the story that omens from her clan, the storm clan, pointed to this small town and a great need of all the people of Varisia. She has come both for the dedication of the new cathedral and as an offering from the clan to do what can be done to thwart the coming threat. She has only just arrived in the town and makes her camp in the fields just north of the town's border. She spends her days wandering the city looking for her reason for being here while waiting for the dedication of the new cathedral

Cadas was born into a family of wise women and shamen. The totems of her tribe have strong nature influences and have the favor of Gozreh, who grant power through them. At a young age she was dedicated to serving her clan through her tribe's totem and indirectly through the deity of nature and the sea.


Large for a human woman, Ceedas stands over 6 feet tall. Her strange tribal armor, made up of bands of bone is not well known in Sandpoint. And her fighting style, trident and shield, is also rare. Her hair is long and black woven with white strips and sea weed and shells, her eyes piercing blue, and her tribal tatoos add to her mystery and beauty. She speaks with a thick Shoanti accent and seems unconcerned that she stands out because of it.
