I need some help coming up with book puns

Fire Giant, Frost Giant, Hill Giant, and Stone Giant have the Martial Weapon Proficiency feat for their weapon while the special ability Militant gives the Storm Giant proficiency with all martial weapons.

It's 15 levels in the What Lies in Dust adventure path of Council of Thieves and remade to 10 levels in the Inner Sea World Guide.

I would like to receive feedback on my item, and I'm working from memory so the description may not be exactly the same.
