They should do it. At least, that's what they did the one time it happened to me.

Chiming in that this is about to happen to me too. It's been almost two weeks and my order hasn't budged but the authorization has come in and is now about expire tomorrow.

Email customer.service@paizo.com and ask them to take a look at your order.

Used to have a customer service forum, but now everything is handled through that email address. If you find the Phone Number in the FAQ, that is outdated, can't use that either. Just the email address.

Hoping you are just in the Queue, subscription shipping hasn't completed yet and you can see that thread on the Announcements forum by each month. When shipping IS complete they update that thread to let us know.

Ignore the estimated shipping end date, as it has gone past that. That doesn't always get updated, but they tend to tell us when shipping subscriptions is complete in that thread.

I've sent an email every couple of days to no avail thinking that I had caused the delay myself. t My Dark Archive came super fast compared to everyone else's it seems so maybe this is just karma catching up to me then.

Ripping my hair out over this one lol. I placed an order for a subscription starting with the Blood Lords AP but used an old card type. The system notified me after the authorization failed (on the 21st) but the order hasn't moved an inch in a week. The new auth. is about to expire which means it'll be another round of this. Please help.

What should happen if the PC's fail at a certain part that carries over. My group routinely misses the tiniest bit of important information. Currently they think they need to sacrifice two Mitrans instead of a Son and a Mitran. How would the adventure change if they end up losing the Horn? I'm particularly worried about the inquisitor and treant/lillend. Instead of killing the tree they did everything they could to duck and dodge him.
