Greetings. I ordered two t-shirts on November 11th. All I ever see is "pending". This tells me there is little to no chance these are going to be IN MY POSSESSION by Christmas. I'm really pretty upset with your shipping standards as I always have problems with orders I place. I want my order cancelled and it is highly unlikely I will ever order from you again. I'm pretty mad and seeing an attachment saying shipping takes up to 60 days is just crap. Not to mention your postage is outrageous for having to wait this long. Cancel my order 3368174 and make reimburse any payments made back to the card it was charged to.


I have received the confirmation e-mail. Thank you for this quick attention. I am normally quite happy with Paizo but my last two shipments have been a bit of a nightmare and a letdown. Again, thank you for taking care of this issue promptly, now.

Greetings. I place this order for dice, bases, and one figure on Feb 4, 2014. I still have not received ANY of the items I ordered and now the bases are no longer available. This is truly unacceptable and since this was purchased using store credit for an already unhappy shipment from the previous order, I don't see how this is improving your normally good reputation.

I am extremely upset over this and want my available items shipped immediately and to cancel any items that are 'no longer available' and adjust the pricing. I also find it fair that due to the considerable lack of concern that any postage and handling be refunded and the order be shipped for free.

According to my account, this order (1280650) was shipped on November 3. It is now December 2 and I have yet to receive my order. At this point I'm considering it lost and would like my order reshipped. I've never had this problem before but a month is entirely too long for this to show up.
