As Dragons can talk, I don't see why a druid could not cast magic while transformed and to be clear the spell Humanoid form does not say you could talk either.
We have decided to do a themed group. We are all Dhampirs, have a undead lord, sorc (undead bloodline), fighter, dirge bard and a rogue/fighter. We are going to go through the serpent skull series.
