Who here in the forums would want Paizo to publish a gazetteer on Southern Garund? Why or why not?

Hello! While voting for the wonderous items in RPG Superstar I was confused about three things. First, how do you decide on what type of aura strength a wonderous item has? Second how do you decide what the CL for the wonderous item is? Is there a formula? Third, what is the forumla for calculating the cost of a wonderous item?

Reference to the core rulebook or to other threads would be greatly appreciated! :)

When a user logs in I was wondering if there was an area where the user can submit an ad hoc status of a party's adventure in a personal journal or blog along with a submission of resources used for the adventure such as audio files, pics, etc.

My girlfriend wants to be a GM and she has formed a group of players that have no experience with tabletop rpgs. I checked through Paizo modules and 3rd party modules and the only thing I think would be GM and player friendly would be the BASIC modules by adventureaweek.com. So I want to know if the community can suggest any modules from Paizo or 3rd parties that would be beginner firendly.

What are the primary programming languages required to create something like a virtual tabletop and charater creator?

I saw that Paizo recently added a Project Manager to the company. Will there ever be a need for a Project Analyst within Paizo?

Here is a snippit of the feat:

Consuming blood gives you superhuman strength.
Prerequisites: Blood Drinker, base attack bonus +6, dhampir.

Benefit: If you use your Blood Drinker feat to drain 4 or more points of Constitution from a living creature, you gain a +2 bonus on damage rolls and a +1 bonus on Strength-based skill checks. This bonus lasts for a number of rounds equal to 1/2 your Hit Dice.

The very last sentence regarding Hit Dice, does it mean the type of hit dice I roll or the number of hit dice I have in total?

For example rogue has d8. Bonus lasts for 4 rounds

Or

Rogue is level six therefore has 6 Hit Dice. Bonus lasts for 3 rounds

Hello!

My history with tabletop RPG's has been rather short. I first started getting into to them when I picked up the Beginners Box in February and have since then plunged into the world of Pathfinder.

So far me and my fiancee have been playing the RotRL AP. While I have been GMing the game I often find it hard to remember rules on how to play the game, magic spells, weapons, etc. I always try to read one of the core Pathfinder books every night to help with that. But I'm not sure if this is helping me.

I think I came to this realization when I posted a question on the "Ask James Jacobs" thread about bows and the effects of the full round action on them. I thought that bow required a move action to reload but another poster informed me it was a free action. Doh! My finacee has been using up her move action in our game to reload her bow up to this point. She gave me the "Are you serious Andru?" face and I sheepishly admitted "Yeah....my bad"

I realize that as somebody new to this I can make mistakes. But I'm asking you, the veterans, what are some helpful tips that I can use to remember rules?

So this is the first time I am creating a creature. The creature is a bomb golem and I am having trouble getting the concept down.

The golem is a Large metal construct that can open a panel in its chest cavity to reveal a miniature alchemical lab. I thought that with this alchemical lab it could create bombs. This is where my trouble begins. I looked at the alchemist class to get some inspiration. I read that it can make a certain number of bombs per day plus the INT modifier. I look at the construct traits and I see that golems are mindless constructs. Ah.

In order to create a bomb the creature must mix volatile chemicals together. Sounds good! And then infuse them with their magical reserves to create powerful bombs that they can hurl at their enemies. Darn.

I thought maybe the creator could infuse magical reserves into the golem but I'm not sure if this is possible.

Plus I believe I read that constructs cannot have feats. Double Darn.

So is this a lost cause or is there a way around this problem?

I'm trying to write down my notes for this part of the adventure path and I noticed in one encounter when the PC's are looking at the parade two rogues are shifting through the crowd. If their Sleight of Hand is successful, they can take gold or a potion from the PC's. Well I thought about it and if the PC's still have the their potions that contain the slow worm in them, the rogues could take that. If used by the rogue later on, he could be the catalyst that could start a worm plague in the city. Would this be cool idea to run with or would it just be to complicated for a new GM like myself?

Hello, I am interested in playing a Pathfinder RPG in Central Arkansas or online using VTT.

I have never actually played in a Pathfinder adventure besides the Beginner Box so I'm relatively green. I have read the core rulebook a couple of times so I have somewhat of a basic understanding of how the rules work. I have in the past played 4e DnD campaigns, mostly tank, so I'm not that much of a stranger to table top roleplaying.
