It was a specific feat which allows you to increase the cap for one spell by 5 levels without changing the level of the spell. The spell has to be selected at the time you take the fear and cannot be changed.
I seem to recall mention of a pathfinder feat similar to intensified spell, but which affects only one selected spell without increasing its level. Can anyone point me in its direction?
