Eating people is wrong - pure and simple.

Then why does it taste so right?

Also, if we weren't supposed to eat people, why are they made out of meat?

Can I get in on that?

I have a 200 fly speed, and like 6 attacks per round...

But more seriously...
I think you might want to clarify that it operates only for the attacks granted by a high BAB, not natural attacks. Also, anything the PCs get should work for NPCs as well, that is just how the system works.

Here is the thing - two handed attackers don't really need much of a boost. They can move and do a single attack that is very effective. The only boost they need would be allowing vital strike feat to scale up automatically. Two weapon fighters are the ones who need help. Allowing them to attack once with each weapon as a standard action isn't going to hurt the game balance, especially if there is a +5 BAB requirement or something.

Also, I notice a lot of GMs tend to forget that dragons are VERY capable mages. I remember one dungeon crawl i did with a buddy of mine where i learned the deadliness of dragons. Played up against an ancient black dragon. Between invisibility, mage armor, blur, dispel magic, stupid huge fly speed (se were in a huge chasm where he could take advantage of his speed), his breath weapon, and his stealth skill it got scary. How a gigantic dragon is stealthy is beyond me. Oh, and his AC was stupid high.

Sorry Mrs Dust, but I'm afraid you fell for the Dragon Awareness and Education Council propaganda. I could get my Dragon Union card revoked for telling a squishy, this but... We dragons kind of suck at magic. Don't get me wrong, we have some useful spells, but our caster level is generally CR -5! And you know how many feats and special abilities we have to augment out casting? Zero. I mean it's weird- I'm CR 16 and I have the BAB of a 22 level fighter, but I cast spells at 11th caster level... I'll be fighting level 13-14 dudes, and the best spell I've got has a DC 19 save!

Anyway thanks for the kind words. I totally won't melt your puny village to goo next time I'm there.

(just kidding, I'm totally going to melt your village and kill everyone there!)

Also let them move and full attack. Casters can do huge amounts of damage or even bypass hp altogether as a standard action and still move 30 feet. Martials don't need to be penalized in the action economy.

Yessss! Let's all move and full attack, that will be fun!

Casts haste for 230' fly speed and 8 attacks per round...

More seriously, move and full attack makes martial characters overpowered for their APL/CR. It creates more problems then it fixes.

The overall vote seems to be leaning away from the pseudo-pounce houserule. In retrospect, I'm kind of glad it is. I don't think I fully thought out the implications. The arguments against it are pretty nasty when you add a dragon to the mix...200' speed + bite, claw, claw, wing, wing, tail...yeesh...

Smashes peasants hovel

This is why I hate democracy!

EDIT: I would ask the player to take a look at dodge and improved initiative, then later lunge and shield bash.

So... lizards increase the level of hydrogen peroxide when regenerating a tail? I... need to say I don't quite see why this would be a good idea for humans...

Who cares about humans! I've been missing a chunk of my tail for 500 years!

But really, Linus Pauling did some amazing work about the benefits of vitamin C that you puny humans could really benefit from. It benefits everyone involved, a healthy human is a tasty human.

The delicious type!

You can really taste the divine bond! It's almost like a honey glaze.

Sweet towering Tiamat!

I can charge your ass from 400ft!

One Greater Vital Strike Power Attack charge coming up!

Since I have a fly speed of 200' and get like 7 attacks per round, I personally love the idea of move and full attack! Bring it on!

"I am going to go out on a limb here and assume he meant 'threads'. At least, I hope he meant 'threads'."

Well, I did kind of imply that I would dissolve his puny village if the Magus wasn't full BAB, 9th level spells (from all lists, of course), all good saves, 10 skill points per level, and limited to dragons only. But it was more of a promise then a threat.

Ahhh, you poor land bound humanoids, though tasty, you lack the mighty Fly-by Attack. Nothing beats a good flying great cleave... Oh, good times!

I love it!

The only advice I would give is to have the Lizardfolk fighters use glaives or longspears. Or even better, use Guisarmes and do trip attacks from reach! (X4 critical power attacks are nasty!)

With the kobold, add a bunch of normal kobolds, all disguised to look alike.

Note also that you can fire a crossbow when submerged up to your shoulders in water - +8 cover! And the black dragons breath works underwater!

EDIT: Oh yeah, you may want to make that 2 dragons and give each the young template or something. Party vs. Single monster encounters are prone to wild swings.

What? What? What?

Oh... I am so going to go tell The Great Wyrm about this...

Considering capturing or very cleanly killing 4 young adult black dragons who have aroused my ire, nearby is a medium sized city that trades in exotic animals and their parts, as well as poisons and drugs

any ideas on gp value whether as specimens, bbq, magic item and spell componets, hopefully full acid bladders.....in a world like greyhawk or golarion that is fairly high magic?

How about I spare the lives of the women and children in your pathetic little "medium sized city" in exchange for my 4 stupid grandkids? I'll even give you 5 minutes to flee before I melt every single building into a swampy puddle.

Take it or leave it. I never liked those brats anyway.
