At the beginning of the scenario, several players choose to be slaves, and others choose to be slave masters. This is to facilitate infiltration of a slaving group.
I found the entire concept of spending a fair amount of this scenario as a slave repulsive and degrading. If it had been brief, it might have been tolerable. It was anything but brief at easily half the scenario.
I also found that there were few, if any, moments to shine while playing the part of the slave. Every scenario should ideally be written so that all players have a moment to shine. While this is not easily accomplished in any scenario, this scenario specifically fails miserably at it. All of those who chose to be a slave were struggling to even have anything to do, let alone shine.
Having played this scenario, I will not GM it, and I will not recommend it to anyone.
