I have always just taken the bus from the airport to Bellevue, so I can't say anything about other forms of transportation.

King County Metro has a trip planner http://tripplanner.kingcounty.gov/cgi-bin/itin_page.pl?resptype=U so you can see which buses to take. The con date is currently too far in the future to put into the planner but you can put in a closer date just to get an idea of bus times. It will also tell you the fare.

You might also be able to carpool if other people are flying in at a similar time...

I don't know what my schedule will be like, but if I can attend I will...

Hi! So my order finally arrived yesterday, only to be left in a puddle outside my front door, instead of under the overhang like it normally is. Although the mailing sleeve absorbed the majority of the water, approximately a third of Pathfinder #26 has sustained significant water damage, and is unreadable.

I was wondering if I could obtain a replacement copy at subscription price? Thanks!

Back in March, I had a hiccup with my billing information and was concerned that Pathfinder 20 was skipped in being mailed to me. (I can download the PDF). I never received Pathfinder 20 print version and since I am about to start running Legacy of Fire, I need it. Please help.

The order was shipped Aug 12, and is supposed to arrive in 6-10 days, is the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook (OGL) Hardcover , but at day Aug 26 nothing arrive yet. Normally I will wait for more days, but since I have to pay the USPS Priority Mail is a very bad deliver.

Your order is later than expected at this point. However, please note that the transit time for USPS Priority Mail is only and estimate, and international orders can take up to two months to arrive (even Priority Mail). We'll let you know if it gets returned to us. In the meanwhile, I recommend double checking the shipping address in your order history to see if there are any errors.

I have been a subscriber for some time, and noticed I did not get my Players guide for LEgacy of Fire for free.

Is there a reason for this? My good buddy, who has been a subscriber since Dragon and Dungeon's licences were revoked, also didnt get it for free.

So I know there is a problem here.

We have included it as a free gift in the past; however, as we have been expanding the Pathfinder Companion subscription, Pathfinder Companion player's guides are now available as part of the subscription or to purchase individually and will not be included in the Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription.

Unfortunately, no. There is not a way to exclude the backgrounds of the PDFs when printing (that I am aware of). We are not currently offering text-only versions of the PDFs.

Guys - I'd love to take out a subscription, having read the Kuttner and Moore stuff, and starting to enjoy Brackett.

Here's the thing: living in the arse-end of the world makes shipping tough. If I can combine cleaning up the backorder of older titles with subecription orders for a while, thats great (but I dont know if your systems can handle an order "on hold" for a while).

Once I chew that up though, I'm happy to take an order shipment every 3-4 books to cut the shipping rate - is that possible?

When you place an order (say, an order for previously released issues of Planet Stories books), under the "shippping method" selection during the shopping cart checkout process you will have the option to set that order to ship with a currently pending order (if you have one), or with your next available subscription shipment (if you have a subscription). So if you want to by back issues (or other items), you can set them to ship with your subscription shipments.

However, we cannot hold subscription shipments for multiple months to then ship all together at once. If you have multiple subscriptions, you can opt to have them ship all together once a month, but not less frequently than that. If you want to receive a shipment every three or four months, then you shouldn't go for a subscription.

Still waiting on mine to ship. :( At least my Pathfinders shipped, so I have PDF goodness to tide me over until my core book does too. I know I can pretty much read all the changes at the PRD, but the book has all that pretty art and stuffs.

I'm sure things are quite hectic right now with the release of PFRPG, but I have a small issue I need to let you know about. I have not received the last two (2) shipments of my Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription.
The first was Paizo Order #1212056: "Pathfinder Adventure Path #24: "The Final Wish" (Legacy of Fire 6 of 6)", which, according to my Order screen, says it was shipped on 7/30. That was over two weeks ago.
The second was Paizo Order #1219582: "Pathfinder Adventure Path #25: The Bastards of Erebus (Council of Thieves 1 of 6)", which was shipped 8/11. Now I know this was only three (3) business days ago, so I'm not too concerned with it. It's just that since I'm reporting issues with one, I just thought it best to alert you to both, what with the Pathfinder Core Rulebook's recent release and the ensuing chaos it surely brought with it.
Thank you for listening and I hope to be reading both books very soon. Keep up the high quality work; it IS much appreciated.

I placed these orders with the intent to have them ship essentially ASAP. However, due to sudden financial concerns, I won't be able to pay for them right now. Is there some way I can push these orders into September, perhaps with the second volume of Council of Thieves?

We do not have a way to hold off shipping/charging a pending non-subscription order. However, as these are subscription orders, we can suspend your subscriptions if you like.

We can suspend a subscription for up to 30 days. Issues in a subscription that's been suspended will not ship until the subscription is reinstated. You will be expected to purchase any issues of the subscription released while the subscription is suspended, and you will be responsible for notifying us when you are ready to reinstate your subscription.

If you need your subscription put on hold for more than 30 days, you will need to cancel the subscription rather than suspend it. You can restart a canceled subscription at any time by repurchasing the subscription on our website. However, any issues that you missed while your subscription was canceled will not count as part of your subscription and will need to be purchased separately from the subscription (you will not receive the subscription discount or free PDF).

This is the first time this problem has happened. And I've downloaded MANY PDFs from Paizo. I will look into BetterZip. Considering my history, I think the problem is on Paizo's end. I could be wrong though.

Usually if a PDF's zipped folder is empty, the issue is with the unzipping utility. If you try a different unzipping utility and still encounter the same error, please let us know.

I'm afraid this order (Bonus Bestiary, Legacy of Fire Item Cards) apparently never arrived here in Austria...

How long should Priority Mail take? It still hasn't arrived. I.E. How long until I should get worried that the Post Office has lost another package?

Priority Mail estimates 2 to 5 business days in transit to your address. However, this is only an estimate, and your order could take longer to arrive - even up to a few weeks.

Hi again. What I feared would happen has happened. Pathfinder #25, "The Bastards of Erebus," arrived in the mail yesterday, but there is still no sign of Order 1213379, which should have arrived earlier than this new package because it shipped earlier by the same methods. My Pathfinder #24 has disappeared en route! Call out the bloodhounds!

Hi, I just received the delivery of said order, two boxes, sweet, one with my copy of the Core Rulebook, as was expected, the other, containing a copy of the Core Rulebook? rather than Qadira, Legacy Map Folio and Cheliax.

As both have an invoice for the same order number I'm guessing something got mixed up at the warehouse, and they shipped off two of the Rulebook instead of one plus the Chronicles and Companion items.

When we ship subscription shipments, we record two things:

The first is when we start shipping out subscription shipments
The second is when we expect all of the subscription shipments to have shipped by

A typical subscription order can ship any time between the start of the process and the expected ship by date. However, in the interest of being expedient, we do not keep track of when every subscription order is sent out - recording that would slow the shipping process down a lot.

So every order that is shipped as part of the normal subscription shipment will show "Shipping" during that time period, and it will listed the "Shipped" date as the day we expected to ship all orders by. However, any particular subscription order could have shipped any time within that block of time. In this case, we set it up so that the further you were away from us physically, the sooner the order shipped, so if your order is being shipped internationally it's likely that your order shipped closer to the beginning of that time period rather than the end.

Because August's subscription shipments are taking longer to ship than most months' subscription shipments (due to the staggered shipping we implemented and the fact that the Core Books take longer to pack and ship than normal subscription shipments), the time period that the orders say "Shipping" is longer, which means that more people are noticing it. But that's what everyone's says. For subscription orders, you should generally look at the "shipped" date as the "shipped by" date - it might have shipped that day, or it might have shipped the week before.

So that means it would be smarter to order those other items only when they come out? If so, please cancel the others. Thanks!

The pre-orders have been canceled! I did not cancel the item that is currently set to ship with your next subscription shipment.

Looking at your account, I show that did charge you for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook at the same time that we charged you for the AP books, just not in the same charge. So we charged you for the AP books, and at the exact same time we also charged you for the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook, the charges were just split into two (likely because the Core Rulebook was added onto this order after the order had already been created). I am showing that they all shipped at the same time in one package, however.

Is the reprint expected for early or late November? I'm asking because I have a number of players who are also DMs of their own games who may want to subscribe, and might also be wanting to delay shipment of October's order to combine it with the November reprint for cheaper shipping.

The reprint is actually expected in mid-November.

Obviously you're still working out the details, but questions anyways:

1) Will the Bestiary shipment be held for the November shipment of the Core Rulebook (I'm guessing not of course, but it seems like a coding question).

2) Will the PDF for the Core Rulebook only be available when it ships in November? If so, could there be an option to subscribe, and be charged the PDF price for access, until the book actually ships and the rest is charged.

3) After October/November, will there be an option to subscribe starting with "PFRPG Core Set", and get the full set of rules + DM Screen? (Okay, that's more of a suggestion than a question...)

1) If you start your subscription with the Core Rulebook before the Bestiary is released but your order for the Core Rulebook is waiting on the November printing, the Bestiary will not be held up by the wait for the Core Rulebook and will ship as normal in October.

2) We have not yet decided how this is going to work.

3) We have not yet made any decisions about this. We do appreciate the suggestion :)

I'd like to clarify how the shipment is going to work for this order – I'd like there to be either as few shipments as possible, or for all items to be combined with the closest subscription shipment (preferably the latter, if this spreads them out more – reduces the likelihood of having to pay customs duties)...?

Pre-orders for items that are manufactured by companies other than Paizo are required to ship separately, so each of the non-Paizo pre-orders in your order is set to ship by itself. They cannot be combined either together in their own order or into a subscription shipment. If two or more of the pre-orders are released at the same time, our system will try to automatically combine the shipment if it can (that is, if both orders are 100% ready to go at the same time). However, the only way to ensure they will ship together is to place your order once they have been released.

The one item in your order that is not a pre-order is currently set to ship with your next subscription shipment.

I believe in the order of products released in the subscription, Seeker of Secrets comes first, so once that issue has shipped you should be able to start your subscription with Princes of Darkness and not receive Seeker of Secrets.

You can choose to start a subscription with the "current" issue or the "next" issue by adding the subscription to your sidecart and then going into the shopping cart and selecting the appropriate radio button.

If Seeker of Secrets ships first and you then add the subscription to your shopping cart, you should be able to choose to start your subscription with Seeker of Secrets (the current issue) or Princes of Darkness (the next issue).

If they ship at the same time, Princes of Darkness will then be the current issue and will still be one of your options for starting the subscription.

That's what it looks like right now. This may change, so you might want to ask again a little closer to when we plan on actually shipping.

That's correct - the "shipped" date for subscription orders reflect the day we expect to have shipped all subscription orders by.

We're still discussing how this is going to work, but the way it will probably work is:

If you start your subscription before the Pathfinder Bestiary is released (scheduled for October), you will have a choice to start your subscription with the Bestiary or the Core Rulebook.

You will only receive a subscription shipment of the Core Rulebook if you choose to start your subscription with that issue. If you choose to start your subscription with the Bestiary, you will receive the Bestiary and subsequent issues, but not the Core Rulebook. You can choose which issue to start a subscription with by adding the subscription to your shopping cart, and then going into the shopping cart and selecting the radio button for the correct issue.

If you start your subscription with the Core Rulebook and none from the August printing are left, your subscription order for the Core Rulebook will ship once we get more in stock (with the November printing).

It is actually not all that uncommon for an order that shipped after another order to arrive first. A lot of factors can speed up or delay transit time, which is why there is an estimated range of dates it could arrive rather than just one day we expect it to be there.
