Sorry I'm having trouble with the background. I think I used up all my inspiration for today. I'll work on it more soon. To the DM...when are you looking that start?
I'll switch it up to human tonight. I could definitely use the extra skills and you're right about most people being human. I just need to shuffle some things around. edit:that was easy actually done. Now to write the backround. is the DM still around? Anywhere I should be from?
I can live with being a bit INTIMIDATING!! I can also live with switching to human or even half-elf if wanted.
Ok nevermind dude I'm going to withdraw. I'm just not feeling the love on fear spells the dread just has it by leaps and bounds. perhaps if inspiration strikes I'll be back with something else.
So this is the alias I will be using for my Dirge Bard. I plan on focusing on fear effects obviously as at 5th level they become pretty good. I'll probably be true neutral. This alias is currently a dread(from dreamscarred press new book) I will not be playing psionics since I already read that they are not allowed. I simply do not have time to change him around yet.
While I don't think Al is right for this party I think he would make a fine NPC or even enemy eventually. Feel free to take him or just build your own dread they're super fun.
I think I'm going to withdraw. Alezzandro isn't really working out in this scenario. It's not really his scene he's more of a creeper. I'm struggling to have him do anything but sit in the corner and observe. Unless you were like just about to pick me I'm throwing in my vote for Sweet.
Al walks over to the card table uneasily shuffling his feet. He shifts his weight from one foot to the next then back again as if he has something to say. He then looks up at Rupert sheepishly. Sir, did I hear you are the best in the bar at cards. I'd very much like it if you'd teach me. My master is so strict about these sorts of things he'd whip me good if he found out I hadn't delivered this message yet He waves the rolled up paper in his hand a bit then sighs. You are all so interesting though, getting into fights, drinking, playing cards. I wish I could be so great like you guys. So what do you say...will you teach me to play? His eyes light up and his tone gets excited at the end.
A young boy walks into the bar with a backpack and a rolled up piece of paper in his hand. He seems taken aback by the fight in progress but them seems to remember his purpose. He looks around for someone who might be in charge. and decides the motherly looking lady at the bar holding a blood red knife might yield results. He shuffles over meagerly. Excuse me lady...do you know where I can find the leader of the Blood Knives. I've...I've got this message for them. Could you help me find the leader?
Alezzandro stands outside the bar in the shadows scoping out the situation at the door. Only one bouncer tonight, good. Hopefully he'll fall for the old messenger boy trick and let me in. I'm certainly not getting in there dressed like this. He looks down at his clothes and smiles as he remembers the reason he was dressed as a beggar today. It had been a whole day since he had killed so today he purposely dressed like a pathetic urchin and tried to get mugged. The thief he ran into in the alley was not prepared for what Al had to give him. Al was quite happy though as the thief had made a good living and Al's belly and pocket were much more full now the deed had been done. The boy quickly changes into his travelers outfit and checks his face in his mirror. He takes a minute to scribble an incomprehensible message on a peice of paper and roll it up. He walks up to the lone bouncer and speaks in his most perfect innocent voice. I'm here to deliver a message sir, for one of the patrons. Name's Giblet I believe. The bouncer doesn't budge just grumbles something about no kids allowed. Please sir if I don't deliver this message I'll most certainly get a good switching when I return to my master. Please don't let that happen.
edit: Stuff I did after i saw my bluff check: The bouncer smiles and tussles the boys hair. "get lost kid I already told you no youngins allowed." Al reaches up touching the mans hand to remove it from his head and the man screams out in terror as he collapses cowering on the ground . Al leaps back as if surprised and runs through the bar door screaming to all that will listen. Please, help me this guy just started going crazy. I have no idea what happened I was just trying to deliver a message here when he started screaming and acting all strange. I think he wants to hurt me.
It comes from the 5th book of Psionics Expanded from Dreasmcarred. If you haven't gotten a chance to look at it I highly recommend it. The books also introduce my most favorite thing about psionics, the collective.
My apologies LADY Natalia. I had thought to follow suit with the others and call you by that name, but decided perhaps you would enjoy something....different for a change. I will keep your preference in mind for the future.

Quick, Mistress Natalia change my post time to 10 minutes from now. That should really freak them out and give me the upper hand just answering your question. I'm totally cool with mature content. It was one of the reasons I wanted to play this game. I'm running an evil game myself in person and I could use some good inspiration. Alezzandro on the other hand thrives on inappropriate so he's good to go.
1) What, exactly, can you bring to the Blood Knives? Be as specific and detailed as possible. Well, I guess that depends on how many enemies you have. I can scare the pants off the most hardened of mobsters and the shoes come off too when I'm dealing with the guards. You think that sounds twisted coming from a little boy, well I aint no little boy and I know your secrets too. Don't worry I wont use them against you. Long as you point me in the right direction and let me have some fun on the side I'll be the best thing that ever happened to you, and the worst for those that would cross you.*maniacal grin* 2) You're able to survive and thrive quite nicely, where do you see yourself two years from the start of the game? In other words, what personal goals, outside of the anything to do with the Blood Knives, would you like to accomplish?? I already told you. I've got no strive for glory, I don't want to run the Blood Knives. I want to work for you guys and get paid to do what I already love doing. If My boyish good looks haven't faded in two years that is. Just keep the money coming and stay off my back and we'll have a grand old time squeezing this town for all it's worth. 3) You're caught in the act. How do you get away? Answering "I never get caught" is the wrong answer and will get you feed to my pet Daemon Me get caught, Ha. Who expects a little kid to be a murderer. I don't leave many clues like stab wounds and such, just deep scars on my targets psyche. If I were to be caught I'd revert to the old crying baby approach. Probably blame my misspent youth on bad parenting or growing up on the streets, depending on how I was dressed for the day. If I'm lucky I can get the stupid guards to bring me to some orphanage and feed me out of pity. Then I just slip out the back at night and were back in business.
Finished My Equipment. There's no disguise kit technically but plenty of props to look of different wealth levels and to look like different people.
A small boy runs through a sparsely populated street towards a tall elf with a smug look on his face. He reaches the man and tugs at his shirt sleve. Mister, Mister! Please come quick my cousin, she is going to be raped! The man gives the boy an exasperated look and attempts to continue forward. The boy tugs again a look of fear and desperation spread across his face. Please, sir I'll give you anything, just please save her. Her mother is very rich, I'm sure you will be rewarded. A slim smile forms at the mans lips then is gone. "very well" he sighs where is this cousin of yours. This way Mister come quick! The boy runs down the road and into an alley the stranger easily keeping up. When they reach the alley they hear the sounds of one grunting man and a squeeling girl coming from just around the bend in the alley.Please sir go help her, I don't think I can stand to hear her cry like that A tear rolls down the boys cheeks followed by another until he is all out bawling. The man takes off down the alley drawing his sword. He rounds the corner expecting to see an atrocity in the works but all he sees in an empty alley. The sounds of rape stop. The boy tiptoes up behind the man and lightly touches his exposed shoulder. The man screams as if frightened and collapses to his knees scraping at his ears. "stop it, stop it!" he yells. The boy observes a smile on his face. Then he steps over and touches the man once more on the forehead. The man's eyes roll back into his head, he starts convulsing, and a stream of blood trickles out of his nose. The boy reaches into the mans pouch and pulls out a scroll. I believe this belongs to the Don my friend. He'll be having it back now. The boy touches the man on the forehead again and his breathing stops, and he goes limp. The boy walks out of the alley with a smug smile on his face, a job well done.
Ok the crunch is done. Just need a proper backstory and one more trait. The dread class is pretty sweet though i must say they really push you towards nightmare form(which I do not like and will not be taking)
