Alamina doesn't raise her voice or change the timbre as she speaks, but her demeanor certainly alters. She stands straight, head head high, and looks the knight straight in his eyes.

"You have served us well, and loyally. We must meet as a council, and decide how to proceed. Please remain here until we return."

Once the group leaves his office (Alamina walks out without looking back, so may end up appearing silly), she turns and addresses everyone in a low voice.

"I believe him, and do not wish to see him jailed, exiled, or executed for such a transgression. His deity stripped his grace from the man, and he soldiered on still trying to do Good. He may be tarnished, and bears sins, but don't we all? What do the rest of you think?"

Alamina frowns at the news, thinking over the possibilities.

"We must confront him, yes, but be prepared to listen to his story in its entirety before we rush to judgement."

She heads off with Raven, cringing at the straightforward woman's approach and accusatory words.

I suggest we provide a stout, reinforced room for Kundal in the castle/residence.

Something with iron barred window, iron barred reinforced door and a steel or iron bar across the outside of the door.

I also suggest we put him on the guard force, with "special duties" on and around the full moon. If we can trust him put and about, perhaps get him involved in the wilderness rangers and local hex scouts we employ?

After word of the slayings comes to pass...

"Full moon? What would that have to do with anything?"

Alamina is relatively clueless outside her knowledge base, and has next to no knowledge of creatures such as Thurl is describing.

"Can we increase our patrols, keep a closer eye on the streets as this killer stalks it? Maybe we have to take a more direct approach, and investigate ourselves? Our constabulary is willing and strong, but they are hardly the detectives you lot present."

Alamina spends her day as she might have while traveling with the caravan. Each morning, she meets up with the priests of Erastil, after they deliver their sermons and lessons, before the people head off for work or chores. Conversing briefly with them, she asks about any issues they've been having, troubles with their flock, or other concerns to be addressed.

From there, she makes a circuit of the growing community, touching base with all the folks starting up their days. With a kind word and friendly smile, Alamina tries to make sure all of the citizens know who she is and that she is there to help them.

After the midday meal, she heads to the medical clinics, set up near the meeting hall of Erastil, lending her healing skills and magic if needed. She never hesitates to channel for healing, but prefers to allow mundane techniques be tried first.

Once all that is taken care of, she makes time to meet with the other councilors, making plans and talking of the community as it grows. She does not mandate anyone's attendance, but if anyone misses more than one or two days, she goes after them to ensure they are well, happy, and still interested in helping to rule this land.

Finally, she goes to bed early, so as to be awake for the dark night sky, where she talks to a small group of Desnan worshipers. Delivering brief sermons of the Dreamer and her involvement in the lives and hopes of people, Alamina returns to bed after midnight, only to begin the routine anew come morning.

"This many creatures, that level of violence, there really should be more blood. I wonder if whatever it was consumed it somehow."

Alamina looks very much more regal, with her previously dirty and mud-spattered clothes replaced with embroidered and fitted versions. Her brow sports a gorgeous emerald stone just above eyes, and a finely tooled and silver chased belt circle her hips. A small grey orb circles her head, burning with cold fire like an everburning torch.

"Another opportunity to keep at a distance and use ranged attacks, Raven? It worked well with that bear creature."

Alamina readies and loads her crossbow, scanning the treeline for threats.
