Indeed, I do! It is from Archetypes of Power. The delightful Cosmic Sage wizard archetype came from that book, too. ![]()

Since crossblooded receives casting, would it be reasonable to do a crossblooded sorcerer as a spherecaster? I would give up "The sphere sorcerer gains 1 additional spell point for every sorcerer level gained" to comply with "A crossblooded sorcerer has one fewer spell known at each level (including cantrips)". If not, that's cool, just thought I would ask. There's an official Spheres conversion of the cross-blooded sorcerer archetype now: the Dual-Blooded Sorcerer ![]()
![]() This alias belongs to Keante. I'm re-purposing an old alias/page, so disregard the older posting history... I haven't put all the information into the profile page that I would like to eventually (the info for all my other talents), but I've got some bullet points in there. Aglaron is a magic-wielder with a space/cosmos kind of theme. His magical talents are in the Creation, Dark, Light, Telekinesis, and Warp spheres. His casting ability is Intelligence and he has a ton of skill points. From the 3.5 Epic Level Handbook I took the Headband of Epic Intellect +8. I haven't actually calculated AC, wound points and vigor points, or saves yet, but that should be a relatively simple matter to finish up. ![]()

![]() If we're not in a rush, Aglaron can "get along in the wild" with a survival check result of 20 when he takes 10. It requires moving at half overland speed, but we don't have to use any food or water supplies. The result of 20 means he can supply enough food/water for himself and 5 additional creatures. ![]()

![]() Aglaron lacks any training in horsemanship, but the natural grace of his elven blood serves him well, and after taking a minute to introduce himself to the horse with a sugar cube and with gentle pats and a scratch under the chin, he mounts the beast without much trouble. Aglaron looks at the squire with interest. The boy's admiration of knights reminds him of his own feelings. He gets lost in introspection as the lad goes on, and when Aglaron's mind returns to the present, he realizes he missed most of the conversation, and says simply, "We'll be fine." Aglaron peruses the map some before they leave. ![]()

![]() 1. I will definitely not be mounted in combat--though in a few levels I might get the beastmastery sphere with the ride package and change my tune.
My base speed of 30ft is increased by 10ft while I have martial focus (which is almost all the time; some abilities require expenditure of martial focus, and then I can get it back by taking the total defense action, the withdraw action, or resting for 1 minute). That bonus speed will increase with levels: +15ft at level 5, +20 at level 10, +25 at 15 and +30 at 20. ![]()
Male Drow Cavalier (Hussar; Order of the Tome) 1
![]() Aglaron arrived on time, dressed in his well-made but worn chain shirt, and his dented quarterstaff thrust through two loops on the exterior of his backpack. Aglaron looks on somewhat enviously as the others, though they are new recruits like himself, seem nonetheless already somewhat accustomed to the military culture. Aglaron wasn't sure how to respond to Commander Hawkar's salute and brisk greeting, but he did his best to imitate the others with a salute. He shakes hands with the others and gives his name, but wastes no more time before heading back to the inn to gather his remaining things before heading to the gate. |
