Background:
Born in a sleepy, rural corner of the island of Albiola, Adge was obsessed with speed. Taken off driving the combines for being caught racing them after a few glasses of cider, Adge was left assisting the tech-priests in fixing them when broken, which he proved to have a knack for. With the regimental call up, Adge thought to get away from the garages and get to drive something bigger and faster, even possibly the chance to fly. The Astra Militarum being the large organisation it is however, he continued in the role of a number on a page, being assigned to the infantry instead. Replacing his disappointments with new tech, Adge found himself assigned as a Vox-caster to battalion HQ, where, in the initial fights he found himself calling in fire support on the HQ position as it had been overrun. Lucky to survive the bombardment, in the immediate aftermath Adge found a chance to improve on the sketchy explosives knowledge he had gained, when he was ordered to clear some unexploded ordnance. His lucky streak continuing, Adge was successful and converted the shells into lethal traps to thwart later attacks. Unhappy being in the spotlight of an officer, with their standards, Adge was quick to volunteer to the forward deploying sniper units as a forward observer for the artillery.
Tall but stick thin, Adge is usually found looking unkempt even by the standards of soldiers in the field and there are usually gadgets being modified or fixed, attached to his bergen/rucksack. Wiry and with a reasonable shooting eye, Adge's skills really lie in his clever mind and his lithe agility.
