I would like to pick up a copy of the new printing of the 2e core rulebook and a PDF of the 2e beginner box. I have both items in my cart, but they are not showing the Paizo Advantage discount (note that yesterday, I saw the discount on the rulebook but not the beginner box). I pre-ordered the Pathfinder Flip-Mat Classics: Bandit Outpost in Order 10641220 back in Dec 2019; it was fulfilled with this order in May 2020. I was under the impression that because I was a Pathfinder Maps subscriber, I should be getting a digital version as well. Can you please review and advise? Thanks in advance, AJC

I have enjoyed playing Valeros in the first edition...still need to try him out in the new version. Aside - the graphics in the card images are extremely pixelated...is that intended?
I was hoping someone could provide some clarification as to the shipping methods being used for my order. It is coming in 2 packages...1 via "Standard Postal Delivery" (4 lbs) and the other via "USPS Priority Mail" (5 lbs). All items are subscription items and my shipping choice is "Cheapest Possible". Two questions: 1. Why is one package coming via USPS PM at a premium cost?

I noticed that OWD now has some PF2-logo t-shirts up for sale. I asked them the question if there were any plans to bring out other kinds of apparel (ie hoodies and such). They said they would need to ask the license holders (ie Paizo ;)). Was wondering if this would be / could be an option?

I have tried repeatedly to add a number of PF2e subscriptions, but am having issues getting the Pathfinder RPG and Pathfinder AP subscriptions to start with the correct book. What is the best way to proceed? Thanks in advance.
Love this! Instead of doing an Iconic Evolution for Fumbus, what about a video talking about the process of developing the character's look? He doesn't deserve to get shorted his glory.
I have a SF Accessories subscription which I started from the beginning (AFAIK), but do not see the Condition Cards in either pending orders or my Sidecart...??? Is this part of my subscription, or do I need to order separately? Thanks in advance, AJC
Appreciate the difficulties with confirming exactly when shipments will happen, but want to know if I can expect to have the shipment in hand before the release date, or that it will be shopped prior to release date. Thanks in advance.
I would like to reinstate my subscriptions (I put them on hold back in July). Is it possible to "catch" up on the products that have been released in the interim?
Sent in an email to customer service on Monday and just sent another reminder; figured I'd post here as well: I just opened this package up on Monday and noticed that the GameMastery Guide has a noticeable "dent" on the bottom of the spine. There is no break in the skin, or white showing through, but the bottom of the spine has what appears to be a big "wrinkle" in it. I suspect it came from the printer like this as the box it came in was in excellent condition and none of the other items were damaged. Would it be possible to get it replaced? If so, what is the process? As well, would you like this copy returned? Thanks in advance, AJC
With the last couple of shipments I've received (USPS), I had at least one item arrive with some minor damage/nick/mar In some cases, it appears that the cardboard envelope hasn't been "full" and the items have been able to move around; in others, the envelope has been too full and some of the corners/edges got crushed. Not sure if there is an easy or simple solution, but wanted to pass the comment along. Regards, AJC
