This will be the third year Pathfinder Society has supported BASHCon. The local organizers are still working out the schedule but there should be an excellent spread of events in store.
The BASHCon website is open for pre-registration and event submission. Check back soon for updates.

I plan on attending and would be willing to try my hand DMing at a con if you need some GMs Doug.
I would welcome the help. The local organizers have informed me they won't be supporting the convention due to a disagreement with the con leadership so it'll be my show. I'm going to aim for 30 sessions over six slots so I will need five GMs at a minimum. I'll take whatever you can give me. I should have a schedule posted next week.

Hey Doug. If you have a difficult time filling your tables with DMs, come on down to Chattanooga that same weekend for ConNooga and bring all the players with you. We'd love to have the Ohio crowd join us in TN. If you show up, then we can alternate DMing the PFS Special Event I am planning. Anyone who DMs 5 games gets a free weekend badge. We have DMs for 74 of the 80 tables we are running but I can certainly give up some of the games I am DMing, as well as several of my DMs scheduled to DM 7-8 games. Of the 80 tables, we are running 51 different scenarios of all levels! Come on down now, ya hear?

Hmmm...I had planned on going East Coast for a Con, but maybe I'll go only halfway to Ohio and visit my brother (Dayton) as well.
DougDoug, I will judge for you if I can confirm things and if you will have me. The first hurdle is overcome (Wife Approval=check).
Let me start making plans. Is there going to be a Warhorn for sign ups? Scheduling?

It's a pretty safe bet that players from Toledo aren't going to drive 500 miles to go to a con when there's an active association in their city. Players from southern Ohio (Cincinnati) and Kentucky will probably be drawn to your larger spread of events. More power to ya, I have to minister to my own flock :)

I will use Warhorn for sign-up but I have found that most PFS players are not familiar with the site. It is a lot of cat-herding to get them to register and sign up, and I've found most players at BASHCon are simply walk-ups. This will be the third year PFS events have been run there so maybe it's time to raise my expectations. I have requested a Warhorn site and will start populating it as soon as the admin sets it up.
Regardless, I would welcome the GM assistance. Schedule to follow soon.

Affirmative, the "Special Surprise" will be the 4-Star GM/Venture-Captain exclusive "The Midnight Mauler". I am only offering it three times at BASHCon in order to keep demand high. Who's Yer Con (March 11-13) is coming up and I want to make sure that I'm not leeching players from that event. If you want to wait I will offer it at Marmalade Dog (April 15-17).

Sign-up on Warhorn is now open for Pathfinder Society events at BASHCon.
You still have to register on BASHCon's convention website for convention admission and to reserve event tickets. Warhorn is only for table mustering and estimating demand.
Remember, if you GM three slots I will get you into the convention for free. If you GM six slots I will take care of your hotel arrangements.

I think you misunderstandified me...I was just talking about my one chance to sit at your table.
I can handle DougDoug, from what I hear, you just wave a table full of players but lacking a judge at him and that usually keeps him busy for 4 hours or so.
I just having an expectation of pain at your table.

I'm flying in from my layer of the Abyss to Toledo on Friday, 2/18. I assume that I can get to the hotel/con without too much difficulty.
I fly back to the Abyss on Friday, 2/25 at 10am from Toledo.
What I need help with is getting to and fro the University of Dayton (where my brother is) from Sunday night after the con to Friday morning.
Yes, I have a driver's license, but little experience driving in ice/snow.
What are my public transportation options? Rail/bus/whatever? Any thoughts?

Looks like $58 will get you a Greyhound bus round-trip ticket from Toledo to Dayton (the bus station is in Trotwood, 21 minutes NW of the University of Dayton proper) if you schedule it and pay in advance.
You're going in the opposite direction from me so I won't be able to assist.
