PFS Cavalier of the Penitent build

Advice

Sovereign Court

Hey there,

For the past three weeks, I've tried to build a character based on a kind of hog tie cowboy. Such things shouldn't take three weeks, though and I'm still completely at a loss.

I've been trying my best to find a way to make a Cavalier of the Penitent work, but every build I try I completely fail at making anything viable.

The build has only two demands;
- Boon Companion feat on level 1
- Focus on grappling and tying up with Order of the Penitent.

What I was thinking was; Cavalier -> Monk -> Cavalier -> Monk x3 -> Cavalier X.

My thought was that with Maneuver Master, I'd be allowed to make 2 grapple combat maneuvers in the same round. This way, the defender does not get the opportunity to free himself in his round. Once they are pinned, they are considered helpless and my animal companion moves in to defend the captured opponent from foes who might attempt to free him. Possibly also dragging it away to somewhere safe.

I'll probably also take Equipment Trick (rope) and possibly Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Spiked Chain) to be able to use rope for trip and disarm attempts and use it to deal 2d4 bludgeoning damage in a nasty situation.

If I do the above, I might also have to take Quick Draw to be able to draw new lengths of ropes/weapons as a free action.

When eventually Snapping Turtle Style and Clutch and Greater Grapple are added, I can grapple with an immediate action, tie up with a full-attack and then grapple someone else in the same turn.

Considering all that, I might be required to dip into fighter to get the bonus feats I require.

What do you guys think I should do to make a good Hog Tie-AC character?
