Just to clarify, up the difficulty of completing the missions, but also give GM's more leeway in how said missions are accomplished?
I'm for an idea someone else offered. He threw out the concept of putting scenario errata on the messageboards or in some sort of web format.

Web errata is a bit hard to keep up with, and having to have a whole new FAQ on what scenarios got changed would be a pain as a GM. I have a hard enough time remembering all the rules, the FAQ, the errata, and basic campaign flavor. Throw in having to remember that the scenario doesn't work the way it is written on paper is just too much.
Plus, that doesn't solve the issue of man hours devoted to old scenarios instead of new.
