Katapesh Pactmaster from Reaper

So when does this come out?

Sooo... who exactly would need one? No one would allow a player to play one (or shouldn't...) I suppose a select few might have the pc's come up against one, but who's going to want to fight one, and in an role playing encounter, why'd you need a mini? Even though I'm running legacy of fire, I'd never need a pactmaster mini.

How often do you need a colossal red dragon?
Sometimes you want a mini because they look cool. Or because the mini represents a target the PCs have to protect or rescue, not one they're trying to kill.
