Replaced Trip Up with Tumbling Tricks

New Feats: Toughness, Daring Reversal, Intimidating Glare, Cornered Fury, Headsmash and Cat Fall

Skill Increases: Acrobatics and Athletics

Purchases: +1 Weapon Potency Rune, Striking Rune (both on Shortsword), +1 Armor Potency Rune (on Chain Shirt), Minor Reinforcing Rune (on Buckler), 2 Moderate Antidotes, 1 Lesser Elixir of Life, 1 Moderate Healing Potion, 1 Moderate Quicksilver Mutagen.

Lemme know if I goofed on anything. I probably did. <_<

Gock reshuffled his equipment - went with Itemized @ 5/4/4/3/2/2 + 80 gold.

Got the basics (Potency, Striking) and slotted a couple Talismans (depending on if the encounter happens at the lair or on the hunt, Gock may swap out his armor talisman).

And sprang 50 bucks for a Moderate Potion (3d8+10).

He is done done. Skipped the last Trophy, not as important for a Chemyst w/o special senses being options.

It's probably not relevant now, but Tamas has 4 lesser antidotes he will pass out to the party before we go meet al'Khour since he'll surely have scorpion minions. Please don't let me forget!

For those curious, he is based upon a dinosaur toy my kiddo named "Gock" which is what gave me the kobold idea.

We've got about 11 days left in our run before the survey due date, though I'm happy to continue it for a bit longer to wrap up whatever we're up to.

PbP... so complicated. I'm also happy to continue. I want to be a jumping bean a bit longer.

So if Broan got the crit before my turn, I have an extra action. I would use this to skip the long jump, just stride then leap to keep it simple. According to initiative order though, Morgan takes his turn before Broan.

I think we determined we use On the Hunt: Quickened for the next round though. Possibly a moot point.

I'm happy to finish out the behir fight, just to play around some more with the Lvl6 stuff. I think the playtest has won me over on the Slayer as being more distinct from the Ranger/Vindicator/etc than I was giving it credit for

So it turns out I'm a dumbass who can't remember which month comes when, and my jury summons was actually for the end of APRIL instead of March. >_<

Yes. I went in, entered my Jury Number at the kiosk, was told there was an error and to speak to the clerk, and then when I gave my number to the clerk she said I was about a month early. Luckily the courthouse is only about a five-minute drive from my home.

Better a month early than a month late, certainly

Looking at the reality of Blood for Blood:

I got crit for 40 damage, to enable a level 4 class feat which at level 6 will only give me 3 Temp HP at most. And even that is contingent a successful strike.

In what world would a crit be less than half your level?

Doesn't seem worth it.

Weird that it pretends it'll ever give you more than half a level of temp HP. I hadn't read that one carefully until now.

I guess the feat is 1 action for a normal strike with a small upside, which isn't terrible but yeah, pretty underwhelming.
