hmm. weird. The scenario text has its reflex at +20. But Archives has it at +10. I'll fix it.

Ok. The trip was successful, but you're still missing even if he's down. And the punch doesn't hit. :)

While dropping the fury of a fire fire on their enemies is satisfying... Slipp starts to feel that perhaps keeping their allies alive at the moment may be a slightly better long term strategy. Khiari felt the link break again. Also warping back to Evanescent Green never feels right. She needs to get back there. May as well look at her board of crazy pictures and conspiracies sociogram of who could have murdered their father... and the Rose Witch who wants to bring him back.

Bella would love to summon her sister back, but this guard is persistent and reacts as soon as her guard is down. So she must fight on. "Sister, emerge!" She tries to misdirect the Blue clad foe ahead of her.

It was rough going there for a few moments, but Lioness' potential targets quickly fall and he has to Step around the corner to see anyone to attack.

Fortunately, he still has a dose of Phantom Pain in his staff.

Brandishing the wooden shaft with a carved brain on the end, he projects that pain at White.

You retrieve the now conscious Najid and return to the academy. The researchers review the documents and confirm all the relevant information is present and the Grand Princess calls for all the researchers and their entourages to be brought to the palace as her guests.

As all are gathered the Grand Princess speaks. "Thank you everyone for coming. We now have definitive proof that the Pathfinder Society is acting in good faith and did not steal the research so precious to us in these precarious times. They have returned with the documentation and have defeated the thieves in question. I ask us all to use this event to forge us together into a cooperative force.

Officially we are dropping all charges against the Pathfinder Society and release Kreighton Shaine as he is accused of no further wrongdoing. We also wish to thank the Pathfinders present for working with us to put a swift and equitable end to this concern. Thank you to all of the research teams in attendance, and may you continue to enjoy the festivities for the next few days".

What follows is a royal banquet, hastily assembled, but not lacking in any way, celebrating the Pathfinders to apologize for the accusations.

Plus, it's a royal banquet. She gets to smooze with nobles and merchants who are too drunk to pretend to be reserved around her. She gets a few names, locations and dates to check up on later.

Bella is aware at the haste of this celebration, and she would formally protest if she weren't half beaten to death by some surprisingly strong ruffians.

But how many times will the Grand Princess formally apologize to Bella right before an impromptu celebration? She cherishes the moment. Plus she gets to politely rub it in to all those who doubted the Pathfinders' innocence in this endeavor.

"I would not mind modifying some of these dances, see if we can get it working in a simple time signature. I'm certain a... tavern or such establishment wouldn't mind our performance."

As Bella struggles for the word tavern, a spark of magic flits out of her hand, snapping like a firecracker. "Hmm. I must visit the Rose Witch again. I think it's time."
