Elduil's disturbance also catches Nezre and Blue. Blue manages to duck and cover but Nezre is torn apart by the disturbance. He drops to the floor and doesn't get back up.

Bella kicks Yellow between the legs. He lets out a strangled cry and begins squeaking in high soprano, doubled over. Bella takes advantage of this distraction to tumble through his space, ending behind him. Khiari moves up, ready for battle.

btw, Concealed works both ways. Anyone planning to target Tharpe with a healing spell or to perform battle medicine needs to roll a DC 5 Flat check

He strides to the optimal position then opens his mouth wide and an impossibly large mass of dark, clawed tendrils explode out, engulfing three of their opponents.

The odd hyena that's been following Lioness around leaps into action, running up to crouch next to the man in Red.

Bone Bearer has Independent so can perform a single action without being commanded.

Lioness then engulfs that man's head in a weakened version of the darkness of night.

Casting Shroud of Night as a single action. Red has to make a DC20 Will save. On a Failure all creatures are concealed to him unless he has Greater Darkvision.

He then calls upon the powers of the Void to draw some of the life essence from the man.

Void Warp DC20 Fort Save: 3d4 ⇒ (2, 3, 2) = 7 void damage.

On a critical failure, he's also enfeebled 1 until the start of my next turn.

Tharpe easily trips White, dropping him to the floor and breaking his nose (Crit, Bludgeoning Damage applied). Tharpe then slashes at him twice. His first attack misses but the second connects. White manages to get his shield between them but the attack breaks the shield in half.

White gets back to his feet and attempts to exact revenge on Tharpe.

Bella clobbers White, knocking him cold. She twirls for him with her scarf and he is temporarily starry eyed as her swirling scarf fascinates him (Success, Panache).

Slipp glares at the remaining watchman, who trembles with fear (Crit, F2). She then zaps him with lightning and he's unable to get away in time.

Elduin casts Shield, moves up, and sticks a spear into Blue's neck, ending the fight instantly.

COMBAT OVER

Searching the bodies, and the remaining guard, you find a note detailing the exact location of an Aspis Consortium safehouse, plus orders to attack the Pathfinders if they are still snooping around the theater. The note also has instructions to destroy the missive that were clearly ignored.

You also found the following during your investigation:

Searching the Scene:
You find a key piece of evidence pointing to the Pathfinder Society, but it's an obvious fake, scuffed in an attempt to make it look used, but obviously done with tools.

Questioning Researchers:
You ask a question in just the right way and find that this person had been having a drink in a at the local establishment called The Violet Magpie a somewhat upscale establishment, suspected to be run by the Aspis Consortium

Checking the Seats:
After checking the seats well, you notice that these are less disturbed than the others, as if they knew they'd be standing. You notice that a few of them have pieces of paper that say "Stall them" written on them in a crisp script

Backstage:
You find several clues that point to a struggle in this area, as if someone was let in from a side door and began a fight. You find the murdered body of the stage manager, hidden behind some curtains hastily. It looks like he was killed trying to run onto the stage and warn everyone, but was somehow silenced.

Bella frowns as she looks behind the curtains backstage. "Your efforts were not in vain. We will punish those responsible."

Khiari reads the missive. "Looks like the Aspis Consortium want the research to themselves- and blame the Pathfinders to stall for time. Sounds like we should hit the safehouse?"

Bella thinks. "The Violet Magpie, what a wonderful name... a shame it is wasted on this. We should inform the authorities of this information, so it's clear they know who the real culprits are. Then we can reclaim the stolen goods."

Lioness likes to see the good in people but it's things like this that make him think there is no good int he Aspis. Bad enough that they lied and stole and tried to frame the Pathfinders for their theft. It was unforgivable that they slaughtered an innocent man in pursuit of those nefarious goals.

He helps gather up the evidence and marches toward where the Grand Princess is waiting for them.

"We've been framed!" he declares when he comes into her presence. "It's all an Aspis ploy and here's the proof!"

Every time he tries to bolt the herbs the gnome says "Slow down, chew your meal." it's almost as if the little gnome enjoys telling the big orc what to do.

They nod at the appropriate parts of the audience, but their attention is focused on Tharp.

Lolly Adafish walks up to you and hands each of you a bag with 4 lesser healing potions as well as a wand of heal she also says very quietly "Good Luck to all of you. I hope we get out of this mess without any more trouble"

Tracking the address to the location listed on slip of paper off the false guards reveals find what looks to be a fireworks storehouse. There are no guards outside, and the door seems to be locked with an old clunky lock.

We can handwave all healing and refocusing. Between Shaine and Lolly Adafish and the Grand Princess, there should be healers aplenty among them!
