Token moved to the left ship which I think is the mid-deck
Laurentina and Specter get in formation anticipating ambush. Diplomacy will likely to occur only after one side is knocked unconscious or worse.
| GM Redelia |
I've altered the map to concentrate on the main deck, which is where you would go if you are investigating the noise.
Please place your tokens in the yellow box, since that is where you would be when you emerge onto that deck.
You are also encouraged to make two knowledge:religion checks that will be relevant in a moment after you place your tokens and I describe what you see.

Auray second check: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
The person some of you heard screaming is a human woman. A holy symbol of Groteus hangs around her neck. Following her around is a creature that Auray identifies as a variant zombie. It is undead. This variant can move faster, but has no damage reduction.

This one looks a little faster than a typical zombie.
This fact disturbs her a bit. She strides out to the left and invokes a magical shield.

Dass moves around the mast at tries to hit the zombie with his buckler.

What an ugly walking thing!
Axe in hand, Bagurm roars and heads towards the zombie to quickly attack the undead wielding his weapon with two hands.
dwarven axe at zombie: 1d20 + 6 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (16) + 6 + 2 - 1 = 23
damage: 1d10 + 7 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 7 + 3 = 11
Bagurm rages, moves 20 feat and attacks with Power Attack.
1d20 + 6 + 2 (rage) - 1 (Power Attack) = 1d20 + 7.
Damage: 1d10 + 7 (Str 20) + 3 (Power Attack) = 1d10 + 10.
AC: 10 + 7 (armor) + 2 (Dex) - 2 (rage) + 1 (guarded stance) = 18.
Auray Misterius

Auray takes a small step forward [5-foot], infuses her bomb with an Alchemist's Fire [move action], and throws it at the human woman [standard action], excluding her allies' squares but the zombie.
Attack (touch, 30ft.): 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 5 + 1 = 23 +1/+1 Point-Blank Shot
Damage (Bomb + Alchemist's Fire): 2d6 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (6, 3) + 4 + 1 = 14
The struck enemy catches fire due to the Alchemist's Fire.
Burning Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 6
The adjacent zombie takes 7 points of fire splash damage (Reflex DC 15 half).
| GM Redelia |
Ela prepares for combat.
Dass smashes into the zombie, damaging it badly.
Neri's shot misses.
Auray's bomb badly hurts the human.
zombie reflex save, roll only: 1d20 ⇒ 17
The zombie avoids the worst of the damage, but is still returned to a lump of lifeless flesh.
transferring Bagurm's attack since his chosen target is already down
Bagurm's axe smashes into the human, and she joins her pet zombie.
A careful search of the bodies turns up a lette and a map. The map gives directions to a cooper’s warehouse on the south side of the Imperial Naval
Shipyards, and shows there is an office with a trap door that leads to a hidden basement where the “Cult of Nature’s Cataclysm” meets and gathers supplies. The note is a love note accompanying the directions and is
signed by one Dalirio Teppish.

Lol, I did not think that would be over so fast.
I suppose people tend to get together with those with similar interests. Evening walks along the waterfront, or cataclysmic cults. At least we know where we're going next.
Bagurm
|
Aye. Time to go. That kind of cult for sure that is not up for anything good.
Bagurm cleans his dwarven waraxed on the clothes of the human and joins his companions.
Neri Silvermist
|
And she was wearing the symbol of Groteus. Isn't that the one that said to cause the End of All Things when it smacks into Pharasma's Boneyard?
She then says quietly. Don't suppose anyone is into quiet evening swims are they?
| GM Redelia |
You are able to find the cooper’s warehouse on the south side of the Imperial Naval Shipyard and locate the trap door.
When you open the trap door, a smell, not unlike wet dog, fills this room. The corners of the room below are occupied by dirty straw pallets covered by wrinkled, mildewencrusted blankets. A single dilapidated table and four cracked and uneven chairs surround it. The floor is covered in a thin layer of dust and mud and footprints clearly cross the room from the trap door in the ceiling to a set of wooden double doors in the west wall.
As you peek down, you see a human who yells something when he sees you. (let me know if anyone understands druidic and so would understand what is said) There are also several very large rodents around.
Please place your tokens in the yellow box before we begin.
If you wish to roll your own initiative, you may do so.

Ready Slam: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18 Dmg: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
| GM Redelia |
The druid is shaken, but sends his rat companion to attack Bagurm anyway.
rat attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
The rat's teeth fail to close around Bagurm's leg.
Then the druid steps back and casts magic on his club.
He also babbles something weird about ridding the world of humanity.
