Same!

Many games I play in use Google Slides, which lets everyone with permission place and move tokens around. You can even draw arrows to indicate movement, or circles to show area of effect and so on.

Hm, I'll see if I can get that set up then! Thanks!

Here's an attempt at setting up the map! Let me know if anyone's in the wrong place.

Looks good to me! Excellent choices of artwork, too!

Nice work!

Who are we waiting on?

Nobody at this point, I wasn't able to get online Monday as expected so if someone didn't reply by this point I'm moving on. ^^

@Tawnystripe: Unfortunately, total defense doesn't help you. Total Defense gives you a dodge bonus and even without a surprise round, you still are denied your Dex/Dodge bonus to AC until you get your first action in combat. The bandits acted first.

We're not in combat yet, and they've taken no actions since their arrival. We're basically in a pre-initiative round. If you wanted to attack first, you would be able to - this would be a surprise round for you.

I thought that we had a surprise round that I used to all out defend.

Yeah the initial round was before the bandits started attacking, nobody chose to move preemptively in the opening the leader gave you but Tawny's defend would still have counted.

@GM UU: It might be necessary for you to bot Squakowk this round to keep us moving and perhaps even send the player a PM. It has been three weeks since his last post. We might have lost him.

Redwall Map Link

Yeah I fear the same. I'll move it on after work.

@GM UU: When you have the time, it would be great if you could link the map to the header of the campaign or in your alias statline, so it is easier for us to find it without going through old posts.

Redwall Map Link

Sure, good idea. Thanks!

@Rowan: My friend, if the GM allows it, you should probably change your actions. Color Spray is a mind-affecting effect and insects are mindless and thus immune!

Hedgehog Staff Magus 1 | AC 14 (t 11, ff 13) | F+4, R+1, W+2 | Percep: 4 | Init: 1 | Arcane Pool: 3/4 | HP 3/11

Dang, you're right. Oversight on my part.

But... if I were GM, I wouldn't let me re-do my action...

Redwall Map Link

Yeah going to have to let that one stand as an IC mistake. It's one thing if the DM makes a mistake, I'll let people redo based on me screwing up, but if you make an error you gotta live with it. :)

Yeah, I don't even see it as a mistake, but good role-playing. :)

Just FYI, I haven't heard back from JB after messaging him after the last post, so until he shows back up I'm just going to pan over Squakowk's turns for now.

Also apologies for being AFK so much this past weekend. We had to surrender our dog to new owners due to getting ready to move overseas later this summer and not being able to take her with us. It's been an emotional roller coaster here IRL.

I'm sorry to hear that. Losing a pup, in any way, is never easy.

Hum, I did forget to add both inspire courage and bless, so Kizz attack is a 13 if that matters!

All enemies except the beetle have been removed from active play one way or another.

OK, so we can't go after the baddie who ran away?

Redwall Map Link

You can still chase him if you want, sure.

How far away is he?
