You look around but don’t see Davorge anywhere. However, you see Ordellia briefly appear in the window of her townhouse, anxiously waving to you…

While Waki can see other windows, the window Ordellia was waving from was the one next to the front door; Waki can sense she was frantic and was waving the group to come inside…

This centuries-old room is clean and well kept despite its antiquity and lack of inhabitants, a luxury afforded by the love and care of the town’s citizens. An old fireplace in the room lies cold and bare, and dozens of knickknacks and baubles lay on display. A stately grand piano decorates the room’s eastern wall.

He also sees 4 pale humanoids with fangs and burning red eyes…and one other unearthly creature with two elongated and deathly pallid arms protrude from this creature’s smoky body as it slithers silently through the air.

In addition, he sees an unconscious Davorge surrounded by the pale humanoids and an equally unconscious blue-skinned humanoid with butterfly wings…

Evidently Greyveil has never seen anything like these things. What are those things?, he calls out as he throws a firebomb at green splashing purple.

Ushi identifies the planar creature as a Soul Eater. (DR10/magic evil outsider, wisdom damage, soul drain)

Levin casts blindness on the soul eater…

And Ushi casts his radiance spell upon the vampires spawn…

Purple rushes recklessly out the door and attacks Greyveil!

Levin returns the blow with his small sword. Then he ducks to one side.

5-ft step so I'm not in the same spot it saw me last.

I gotta rule that Greyveil does not have a weapon out. He can shield bash I guess but I doubt the damage would get through the DR. Not sure how purple got through though. Did he tumble past us? Doorway seems blocked. I am likely hit either way though.

Unprepared to have two enemies attack him Greyveil wildly tries to hit purple with his shield but fails badly and take a hit.

While Greyveil prudently withdraws after getting hit by purple, Levin slightly injures the soul eater with his sword then, also prudently, steps aside to confuse the creature as to his whereabouts…

Janus draws his alchemical silver light mace and swings at green…
