I just realized that Demoralize is a terrible action here, since I get a -4 due to language barriers...

So, I googled a bit and was not able to find how to get on the table. Don't know if it's a climb, jump or acrobatics check. I would prefer the latter. I will just act as if I can just stride on the table and go from there. Will retcon if needed.

M'baba takes the hit, but understands he must keep fighting. He gets on the table to flank with Ikto and strikes twice with his Rapier.

15 Ntuni (16/22hp; unluck)
11 Ikto (unluck; 12/16hp remain)
7 Orange Pugwampi (16hp dmg)

Ntuni, despite the trend towards bad things happening, is able to land a physical blow on Orange Pugwampi as it flees from him, and it is very badly hurt, clearly just about to pass out after the blow.

M'Baba leaps on the table and strikes at one of the pugwampis, but the table leg is shorter than the other, and with his weight on it, the table yaws to one side, making the stabbing attacks both miss despite being from behind.

Nyandra keeps her song going, and is able to weave in a healing spell that gives some relief to M'Baba, though some of his wounds persist.

Green Pugwampi leaps off the teetering table, and rushes to make a strike at Za Minyahil from behind. The hit scores and only the inherent weakness of the gremlin keeps it from being a much worse wound than it is.

M'Baba is back to 13/17 and Za Minyahil now stands at 15/19. Ntuni and Ikto are up once again.

Ikto is not used to combat, and certainly in not so many hectic conditions but seeing Ntuni has managed to NEARLY down one, he disregards pride and charges the same one hoping to get a NOT Unlucky break and down it so the more experienced fighter can help others.

Storage Barn - Round 4 - concluded

Ikto moves over to try to assist Za Minyahil, but his attempt to hold the small gremlin cause him to over-balance, and the druid ends up sprawled on the floor insted.

Ntuni moves from smashing one gremlin to attack Blue. The dwarven warrior connects with her first hammer blow, but the second cannot make contact. The pugwampi looks much worse for wear after, even if the damage was not intended to kill.

Iovia hustles over to scoop up the fallen gremlin, secures the unconscious foe, and works her way towards the cage near the door.

Yellow Pugwampi attacks with its shortsword against Za Minyahil who stands right in front of it. This time it lands two blows against the grasping ghoran. The damage could be much worse, but Za Minyahil still gets a couple of stinging cuts.

Blue Pugwampi grabs its sore head after Ntuni's strike, and tries to leap down and head for a formerly hidden trapdoor in the floor of the barn. Ntuni can lunge at it again before it gets there. If it makes it there, it opens the hatch and disappears inside, wobbly escaping from the fight.

Za Minyahil tries to grab Green, but even the inspired grapple fails to hold the slippery pugwampi.

NM takes 6hp dmg, and is at 9/19 hp remaining after. Ntuni gets a Retributive Strike vs Blue otherwise it escapes the combat area. ZM can finish their turn with one actin taken. Nyandra and M'Baba are also up now.

@GM: Can we get a status check on the pugs? Who's more hurt and stuff?

M'baba is very frustrated with the fight. Although he is supposed to be focused on it, he keeps thinking of ways they could have handled the situation better. However, seeing Ikto on the ground he moves over to help him.

Afterwards, he makes a menacing gesture at the yellow pugwampi standing next to him.

Actions are Stride, Aid on Ikto to help him get up (here's me hoping I can make this a free action for him, let me know if I need a check for that) and demoralize on yellow.

M'Baba moves beside the fallen Ikto and lifts him up to his feet again. Turning to the nearest gremlin, M'Baba makes the most menacing face his tribe could ever come up with, but the pugwampis don't seem fazed in the slightest by this evil visage.

Yes, damage to foes is listed next to their entry. Since Blue is down, none of the rest of the pugwampis have taken any damage so far. Nyandra is up, and Za Minyhail can finish the last two actions of the turn they started already.

Nyandra continues her inspirational song even though it has been unable to overcome the weird bad luck effects of the gremlins. She also takes a moment to draw her own weapon -- just in case.

Za Minyahil dives at one of slippery gremlins, but cannot make contact and ends up sprawled on the sawdust floor. The ghoran does manage to get himself upright again, looking a bit abashed in the process.

Green Pugwampi makes a stabbing strike at Ikto, scoring a deep stab wound that might have been fatal had it been delivered with more strength. Such as it is, Ikto gets a nasty cut, and the gremlin moves around him toward a heretofore hidden trap door in the floor, opening it with a deft hand motion.

Ikto takes 3hp dmg more, and is at 9/16. Za Minyahil had one actin posted before this round, so their turn ends getting up from prone. Ikto and Ntuni are up to close this round.

Ikto gasps in pain as he is stabbed. He is aware of just how lucky he is to be alive, and fear and anger both surge through him. Do these idiot gremlins not know he could DESTROY them? He is not a killer by nature but he is beginning to resent this mission. Their foes are using lethal force while he and his allies must fight with one leg..err hand, tied behind their backs?

Then he sees the trap door open and blinks, "I think we know how they got in." He moves to his feet half expecting another onslaught.

Ikto moves to pay forward the kindness M'Baba showed him by helping Za Minyahil up. He uses his shield in case another attacks him as he does this. "There we go.. M'Baba helped me, now I'm helping you. Grandmother knows we could all use a little help." He chuckles at the absurdity that births such frustration

Stride and Assist for two actions, he raises shield as a third.

Ntuni shouts at the pugwampi surrounded by initiates, but it seems to not be very frightening. Instead she pummels the target with her maul, smashing it once, but missing with the second blow.

Ikto helps the fallen Za Minyahil up to their feet, then raises their own shield to protect from any blows that might fall his way.

Iovia continues cleaning up fallen pugwampis and dropping them in the cages. The cage in the hall is now full however, so if you capture the remaining, they will have to go in the cage that M'Baba brought in the room already.

Yellow Pugwampi is now reeling a bit from a bop on the head and it desperately wants to leave the storage barn but Ntuni standing on the hatch prevents it. Therefore it leaps at the dwarf, trying to either fell or push back the dwarf. One attack hits and the other misses. Even the attack is little more than a scratch, though those hits are starting to add up.

M'Baba, Za Minyahil, and Nyandra are all up now. Ntuni is at 12/22hp. Don't forget the bardic bonus.

I had bought 2 cages. 3 of them were in one, which I locked a couple of rounds back, so the second cage should only have one in it, right?

That's fine. I will assume you are carrying that second cage with you so you don't have to walk around as much, unless you feel differently.

Their pride bruised more than their body, Za Minyahil gets back up.

◆ Stand

They turn their attention away from the pugwampi that's proved so difficult for them, and turn their attention to the remaining one...that everyone has surrounded.

◆ Step to current position

Now was their chance to prove their capability as they try to wrangle the little beast!

◆ One more Grapple!

Grapple (Athletics): 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

This gremlin is just as nimble as its kin, however, and Za Minyahil finds themselves once again face-first in the dirt, with the pugwampi cackling at their humiliation.

One of the others used their turn to stand you up, so you could take another action here, or stand up from the latest attempt instead of the first one.

Going one down could be better. Either way, you get flanking. But, I wouldn't be making an attack. I'll either be using Daze or Heal or grabbing a down pugwampi to cage it. If you go down, both you and Za get flanking.
