Although caught unprepared by the flames, Lydia leaps into action and gangs up on Red, stabbing it right in the back with her sword. The hound doesn't appear to be bothered by the flames but appears to be wounded more severely by the cold... Lydia's second strike, however, misses completely.
Crystal barely manages to avoid the worst of the flames. She attempts to parkour off the Red dog but doesn't quite make if the first time. She tries again and succeeds. Unfortunately, as she strikes Red, she stumbles and almost drops the sword.
Quinoline also manages to avoid the flames. She hurls a vial of bzzap at Red and hits it, causing its fur to stand on end.
Red and Blue are Nessian Warhounds. They have a fiery breath but have a weakness to cold. They are also immune to fire.
Orin's shield suddenly snaps into place. He dodges the flames and his shield deflects the rest.
Blue trots up to the other side of the party and exhales a cone of fire!

Blue appears terrified does not flee. Astrid pulls out her sword and slices one of the dog's ears off, sparks dancing across its fur (Crit). The dog's eyes flash and it breathes another cone of fire at the one tormenting it.

If I was really op top of things, would have mentioned the rest of this yesterday: Orin has a bonus shield block reaction from Quick Block and has Lastwall Warden so can block for adjacent allies.
Will block for Quinoline, preventing 13, and leaving rest for both shield and Quinoline. Will block the first time she takes damage.
