I'm not sure if the DM is processing actions in the order we post, But Jax does the bow shot and the disintegrate spell after all of my allies go. Therefore allies can attack the enemies before I make them drop. It would be hard to target the enemies if they are 30 feet down, cause that means an ally would have to walk to the edge of dropped floor, look down and target them.

Do I have something marked incorrectly? I have a 10 foot cube on the map, the black square. 10 feet, by 10 feet by 10 feet. The guard and the officer are in it. Unless the 10 foot cube has a different area.

Apologies, I missed it with Sassarra's blue circle. Tomas can see the officer.
Tomas focuses his attention on the officer. Jax takes a pot shot at him but it goes wide. He then disintegrates the floor underneath two of them! The guard vanishes while the officer manages to grab the edge of the newly made pit.
The guard not in a pit draws his weapon, moves up on Skarn and lashes out at him. From his precarious position clinging onto the edge of the pit the officer casts a spell, he slowly rises into the air! From inside the pit you hear a lot of swearing and scraping, the sound of someone climbing up! The missing guard emerges out of the newly created pit!

First Action, Move

It is the yellow line, I meant to draw down on the last part instead of up. Also, don't know if this matters, but since this is 3D combat, technically speaking part of that fireball will also enter that hole I created, if there is anything down there at all. It could be a wooden table, it could be enemies, it could be nothing, but worth noting.

Tomas draws his blowgun and manages to distract the officer.
Again, I am going to ask people to include the consecrate penalty into your rolls so it is clear it has been applies. I dont want to have to spend a lot of time checking your sheets each time you make a roll.
The little dart leaves a streak of blood across the mans cheek.
He was off guard and that does hit although please note the range of the blowgun is 20' so there was a range penalty as well. He takes 16 damage.
Jax hurls a ball of fire at the enemy, some of it vanishes into the newly created hole but to no apparent effect. Guard 2 is now also on fire (I think this is right as he is in Skarns aura?)Sassarra closes in on the flying officer, much to his surprise, but his armour absorbs her airy blows.
Skarn tries disappearing from the guard but he seems he is aware of his tricks. He still lands a nasty blow.

Oh, Crap! Ignore my turn. Do this instead.
1) Use the Stealth check above vs Guard 1.
2) Use the blowgun attack (without the '-2') vs Guard 1, not the two-action Assassinate action.

Hmm, I drafted a post yesterday but I must not have hit submit. Long story short, you take down both of the remaining guards. The siege engine topples into the pit but its unlikely anyone heard. However, you have several bodies, a giant hole and a broken siege engine of evidence of your presence. The disintegrate appears to have hit a particularly solid piece of wall and leads nowhere. What would you like to do? We can assume you stop any current bleed damage.
