Resa, that is completely fair
I'll keep in mind that Ardoinel is Aiding Netkin or Ellaeaanda's next check
Netkin Bigpot

Netkin rushes to Resa's side, and grabs his healer's kit. He takes out a syringe. "I hope you're not afraid of getting pricked, but I do have to extract the venom..."
Crafting (Treat Poisons): 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
Resa Dermade
Resa is completely fine. Totally fine. She is completely, totally, not passing out... Right? It's just a lil fuzzy and dark. And a cute little bug creature is helping her! With a fiery death demon! At least death isn't terrible?
Alseta GM Delta Arena
Unfortunately, the venom has already started affecting Resa’s nervous system, and the blood extraction is unable to help her against it. In fact, Resa’s condition seems to worsen.
Fort save = 9
Poison damage = 6
Resa, I have rolled the save and the damage, but the results would happen at the end of your turn. You can take your three actions before looking at the dice rolls and resolving the results of the roll.
Everyone else can take their actions after Resa.
Netkin Bigpot

"Oh no! I don't think it's working," Netkin takes the syringe out very quickly. "And I haven't made any antidotes for today..." He desperately looks for his reagents. Could I use a Versatile Vial to make an Antidote?
Ardoinel Oreflame
Ardoinel closes his eyes and begins muttering in Elven.
"Yuelral, guide your distant daughter's recovery with a gentle hand," he chants over and over.
Casting guidance on Resa for her next attempt to save
Resa Dermade
Resa tries to walk to the group, smiling. " I am fine! I swear, it's just a little poison." This of course works if she didn't stumble towards them and then fall flat on her face. Cuz she is out of it, in that negative hp area one would think.
Ellaeaanda
“Tangled is her fate,” Ellaeaanda intones as she moves next to Resa, her hands drifting towards her healing kit. Unlike Netkin, she tries to treat the poison with a natural remedy, pressing a dash of potent herbs against the wound.
Medicine (Treat Poison): 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26
Alseta GM Delta Arena
Resa does go down to Dying 1 at the end of her turn.
Ellaeaanda knows her plants, as she crushes just the right herbs to significantly slow down the effects of the venom. +4 circumstance bonus
Hearing Ardoinel, Yelral does intercite to guide Resa's body into expelling the venom from her system. +1 status bonus
Yes, you can use Quick Alchemy to turn a Versatile Vial into any alchemical consumable on your formula book of your level or lower. You do need to use it in the same turn that you prepared it.
Resa currently has a +10 to her next Save againt the venom. +5 from her fort and another +5 from Ellaeaanda and Ardoinel.
Cerrus and Ardoinel can take their turns before Resa's Recovery Save and Fortitude Save.
Cerrus Falto
Cerrus sees Resa collapse to the ground and realizes he isn't sure how to help. "Resa, stay with us."
Knowing that he isn't trained in medicine like Ellaeaanda, Cerrus examines the spiders more closely, hoping to understand why Resa is reacting like this to a bite.
RK w/ Esoteric Lore: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (13) + 11 = 24 Looking for information on the spider poison, which we might already know but Cerrus doesn't have much else to do.
Alseta GM Delta Arena
The spider venom is a quick acting toxin meant to slow down the spider's victim so that the spider can trap it with its webs. As such, the Venom is unlikely to kill someone on its own, and it tends to last less than a minute in the system.
In my last post I had written Ardoinel instead of Netkin for turns. Netkin, you still have your turn since your previous post was just clarifying if it was possible to turn a versatile vial into an antidote.
Recovery check = 6
Fortitude Save = 29 or 31 depending on Netkin’s actions
You lean closer and closer to death, you are Dying 2, but the actions of Ellaeaanda and Ardoinel help lessen the effects of the venom running through your system, You go down to Stage 1. However, you still take poison damage, bringing you down to Dying 3!
If Netkin heals you, instead of using an antidote, you would lose the Dying condition, go down to Stage 1, and take 1 poison damage instead.
After Netkin, everyone can take their turns, including Netkin’s next turn.

Resa is struggling to stay alive, but her grip on everything is fading at the same time. She sees all the choices she could have made, all the ones from her past, and even those down future paths. But the only ones that ended with her even some what happy an accepted was the choices that lead her here. While she did not wish to die, perhaps Desna would take mercy on her and allow her entrance to her chosen Goddess's domain. IF not, she would understand, she was the spawn of evil after all.
These thoughts of course occur with her gasping and struggling to breath.
Ardoinel Oreflame
Ardoinel holds on to Resa's shoulders to keep her steady as the others tend to her.
"It's alright, Resa," he says gently. "We're all here for you. It's alright."
Alseta GM Delta Arena
Resa coughs as she wakes up from drinking the potion. She is clearly feeling better, but some of the venom is still in her system.
Resa is Wounded 1, and she is at Stage 1 of the venom, but she is awake and alive.
Netkin, Ellaeaanda and Ardoinel, are you taking actions to help Resa before her next turn/save against the venom?
Ellaeaanda
Sorry, I was waiting for Netkin to go.
Ellaeaanda continues pressing the herbs tightly against the rogue’s wound.
Let’s try using Assurance this time. So 17 on her Medicine check to Treat Poison.
@Ardoinel: I don't think you can spam Guidance any more in 2e; I believe there's a one-hour cooling off period.

Sorry too, I was afk this week-end
Netkin quickly sacrifices one of his Versatile Vial to make a Lesser Antidote, which he injects into Resa's arm. "Hopefully this will work out better..." +2 Bonus on Resa's save

recovery save: 1d20 ⇒ 14
Resa coughs and winces, the light fading from her sight to become the dim, or the inside of the cave. With her party around her she seems really confused at first, then the pain comes back. "So... That... That really hurts."
Alseta GM Delta Arena
Ellaeaanda is right, the last sentence from guidance gives immunity to guidance for 1-hour.
Clearly, Ellaeaanda knows what she is doing, as the herbs begin to absorb some of the toxins.
The few remaining toxins are further neutralized by Netkin's antidote.
Resa, since you were healed by Cerrus you don't need a recovery check. I'll take the roll as the save against the venom, which would have a +9 from your fort and Ellaeaanda and Netkin's aid for a total of 23.
Resa's muscles are back under her control, and the poison is gone from her system. The danger has passed.
You each get 120xp for surviving the spiders, bringing you to Level 4! You have 50xp after leveling up. And for surviving the ordeal, you can also have a Hero Point each!

"Thank the Wise," Ardoinel replies. "Now I suppose you have stronger reasons to hate spiders...Sorry, bad joke."
He tries to ignore the dark chuckle in the back of his mind and the pit of his stomach.
Cerrus Falto
"Resa! You're back. That was too close. Damn spiders and their venom." Cerrus leans back around the wall of the cave and sits down. I'm gonna rest for a moment."
After a few minutes to catch his breath, Cerrus looks around the party's current location for interesting doodads to add to his collection.
Ellaeaanda
"So... That... That really hurts."
“Pain is a hard but fair teacher,” Ellaeaanda calmly replies, seemingly unperturbed by Resa’s brush with death. “Rest with Cerrus and gather your strength.” She gives Netkin a meaningful look, then takes some more supplies out of her healing kit and starts treating Ardoinel’s minor injury instead, leaving it to the halfling to treat the rogue’s wounds.

Resa tries to smile, but it does not reach her eyes or even really look like a smile. The blood missing from not only her face but her body gives her a very pale, sickly look, but she tries for cheerful as she says " I wasn't in any danger really. It happens sometimes."
This of course would be true if she didn't jump at every noise around them, and a few times she would stab one of the spiders again, but the movements were jerky, like she still didn't trust them to be dead.

" I wasn't in any danger really. It happens sometimes."
Ellaeaanda actually smiles at Resa’s feigned stoicism. “The river of fate carries us all.” With her charge fully healed, she stands and glances over at Cerrus. “I see that you see. Shall we investigate?” With that, the elf slowly and carefully picks her way through the mass of webbing to get a closer look at the human-sized lumps against the far wall.
Alseta GM Delta Arena
Most of the human-sized lumps are filled with nothing but death and decay, but one of them, containing a desiccated human body, also has a rune-infused scimitar that could not save its owner.
Ardoinel Oreflame
Once he's Refocused, Ardoinel joins the group in exhuming the victims of the spiders and his eyes are immediately drawn to the sword. He gingerly lifts it from its resting place and begins examining, assessing its quality (presumably high given its ability to hold the power of runes) and provenance.

The scimitar is an average, human-made steel sword. Detailing on the hilt has elements of different coastal cultures, suggesting that it might have come from somewhere in the Shackles. It is engraved with a potency and a striking rune.
Ellaeaanda
“Enchanted indeed,” Ellaeaanda murmurs as she slowly comes out of her trance. “Runes of precision and power it has, and engravings of lives ruled by the sea. From the Shackles I sense it has traveled.”
I think the scimitar is best suited for Cerrus or Ardoinel?
Alseta GM Delta Arena
The scimitar is in fact only enchanted in regards to the potency and property runes it has engraved.
Ardoinel Oreflame
"A pirate's weapon," Ardoinel muses. "One must wonder how it wandered so far from the sea, to arrive at a cave in landlocked Isger..."
He sheathes his own sword and gives the blade a few test swings.
"I should be able to use this...for now...I may seek to repurpose its powers into a blade of my own making when this task is done."
I think Cerrus already had his sword upgraded by me, so I can use the scimitar until we can transfer its runes out to a proper longsword.
Ellaeaanda
“Its past owner rests, but the blade lives on,” Ellaeaanda nods approvingly, then ambles deeper into the caverns. “Onward leads our fate.”
Shall we go to D3 next via the northern tunnel? (We can check back on D2 afterwards.) Resa scouting ahead, or if she’s been unnerved by spiders, maybe Cerrus or Ardoinel could lead?

Yay, magical weapon for Ardoinel now! I'm good with the plan to head to D3 next.
"Yes, onward. Resa, are you willing to scout ahead? If the possibility of more spiders is unnerving, I suggest Ardoinel lead with shield to defend."
Ardoinel Oreflame
Ardoinel nods at Cerrus' assessment.
"I'd be happy to take the lead if Resa wishes for a break. It may be slower going, though. I'm no scout, so I instead would proceed with caution."
Ellaeaanda
Ellaeaanda nods in agreement with Cerrus and Ardoinel. “Please do lead Ardoinel. Cerrus can follow behind. Traumatized is young Resa.” For her part, the elf follows behind Cerrus, alert for concealed hazards, hidden opportunities, and unexpected foes.

The floor of the short tunnel comes to a sudden 10ft drop that leads into the next chamber. Set in the middle of said chamber, there is a massive throne constructed of old bones and broken furniture tied together with ropes and chains, and draped with moth-eaten velvet. Arranged around the throne in concentric circles are the skeletal corpses of small, oblong-skulled humanoids posed with their heads inclined towards the throne seat. The oddly built throne takes up a 15-foot circle in the centre of the cavern, and rises 10 feet from the ground. I’ve made a circle for the throne.
A bulking figure with a bat-like face and a wolf-like hide paces about the cavern, walking by the corpses.
